Has Chronicle 5 started yet?

Has the 5th Chronicle been started yet? If it has how is it? I used to play L2 and after reading through the features that are coming in I was thinking about signing back up. What's your opinions?

Tried: Vanguard, UO, Rappelz, Archlord, RF Online, SWG, WAR, Ryzom, Anarchy Online, AC, APB, STO, Perfect World, Black Prophecy...

Played: EQ,EQII, Lineage, Lineage 2, GW, EVE Online, AoC, DoAC, iRO, AC2, WoW, SWTOR, Runes of Magic, Allods, Rift..
Currently Playing: Tera

    yep it came out a little over a week ago and i think its really good so far. They did a great job of simplifying the interface and balancing out the professions and made a major clan revamp

    Basicly they added new lands for the middle and high levels, rebuild the clan system and raid boss rewards and added/changed a lot of skills. And they added a new euro server.

    It's a very decent update, considering it's free and not even a year has passed since C4 was launched.

    Oh, and the game continues bot infested and ebay crowded, which NCSoft-NA doesn't care about :D
