Some newb question.

in Final Fantasy XI
I tried the game about 6 or so months ago.

The problems I had was that no one would answer any questions I had about the UI and oter simple things.

WHat I wanted to know is there anyway to change you movment controlls to the normal wsad?  or is it best use with a controller?

I don't mind the grind, as long as I can use the traditional WSAD i'm good.  SO is there anyway to change up controlls, I couldn't stand the regular ones.

    While playing the game, open up your Menu then go to Config > Misc. 2 >  Compact keyboard is the WSAD format.

    The control type its completely up to you, I love using the Numberpad (Full-Size Keyboard), Others like WSAD (Compact), Some like Controllers on PC (Ps2 or Xbox 360), but nobody likes the mouse (Horrid...., don't need it)

    Yeah, you can get by just fine for the most part not using the mouse. The only times I ever bothered with the thing was when I was looking through the Auction House, or swapping out large amounts of items between my inventory and my bank. (Such as when I would switch jobs or something.)

    only thing I can think of thats like banks are

    Mog safe, mog storage, mog locker, or the Auction house.
