Stuck on connecting.

I downloaded the client for the 2 days trial, made my character and it seems to be stuck on "connecting".

I've read the FAQ and Support pages and done everything told, but nothing seems to be fixing it.

Has anyone else had this problem while playing the 2 day trial?

I asked a question, you posted something offtopic, now thanks for your useless post!

Try again in a little bit.  The play server are almost always up.  But sometimes the log in or charater creation one drop yous (this is normally only when a lot of people are using it at once).

Also, make sure your firewall is set to allow Guild Wars through.  Most firewalls make you say "yes" to GW after every single update.  Not having your firewall let GWs will cause you to get stuck at "connecting".

But I assume it is just you or the problem was brief because their are no post on any of the main GWs forums with players complaining about a problem and I can log in fine now.  Hope you figure it out.
