Any good PvE MMOs?

Just wondering if there are any good PvE MMOs. Lots of things to kill, not focused on PvP but has like battlegrounds or something, no korean games, P2P or F2P, lots of grouping.

Anyone know a game like this?

    Can u tell me more about EQ1, i have played both EQ2 and FFXI but ive been tempted to buy EQ1 many times...

    Was tempted to say World of Warcraft there for a minute, oh wait I just did. I played EQ2, I really really enjoyed it but had to let her go becuase my Rig sucked at the time (and probably still does for that monster). If I ever get 2-3 gigs of Ram and some SLi cards in action I'll go back, as for the Original I know little of it apart from what my mate who played said:

    "My online love for Games was Born in Everquest"

    lmao, man, that makes me want to play it more. I tried the trial 4 EQ1 but i dont get the feel that i would if i was playing outside of the newbie place... Played WoW, and became really bored after awhile, played EQ2 but zones annoy and i really do feel like im playing a single-player game since no one talks

    EverQuest was the first MMO I had ever played, and it got me hooked on them. I stopped playing a couple years ago for various reasons, but it was still a fun game. One thing I will say, though, is that free trials of it don't do justice for the game. Since all of their free trials (I think) are of the Trilogy (EQ + first 2 expansions), you miss out on being able to go to the bazaar for items, and don't get a chance to play as either a Vah Shir (cat people) or Froglok, nor as a Beastmaster at all (When I used to play, Beastmaster was my favorite class). Also, it's hard to get a *really* good feel for any of the classes until at least the mid 20's, and more likely the upper 30's/lower 40's.

    Besides that, the game has been out for many, many years, and is still going strong. It has zones just like EQ2, and since you don't like those, well...


    FFXI is also a good choice. I played that for a few years (again, quit for various reasons), and had fun most of the time. However, if you are one of those people who only go for a game in order to get all the good end-game equipment and such, I wouldn't recommend this game - it literally takes months of constant work to get some of the higher-level gear due to how the game is set up. Also, some of the classes have a hard time finding groups at higher levels, so you may also not like it because of that.

    Is this a joke post? about 50% of the mmos on the market have good pve - its the other factors that people nerd it up arguing about. Stop being lazy and choose a game for a proper reason.

    world of warcraft is really the only thing to the best "pve"

    It has zones!? 

    awwww, i was hoping that it would be free roam, or is it just a few things zoned and the rest free roam?
