i've played The Legend of Mir for close to two years now. The support from staff isn't good and it isn't run the best way but i was addicted still .. -_- Anyways now i'm starting to get bored of it and was wondering if anyone knew a game that was perhaps similar to this? I like the gameplay of LoM and the nonconcensual pvp (although there are consequences u have to face if you kill players).

basically i'm looking for a fun game with nonconsensual pvp where you can either hunt as a group or solo. Anyone know any good ones?

would also be cool if there was a new one .... i joined about a year into mir and so players got a headstart on me and quite a few people once higher level like to bully lower levels..

anyways ultima online .....try to find uogateway then look for the In Por Yelm sever ....this is a free server....pre UOR.....i think i'm just not allowed to post the address not sure though

shadowbane is what you want .Thats the last non consentual pvp game similar setting to legend of mir i can think about though it been out for close to a year now.

There is also a free trial .Check their offical site.

shadowbane is alot like UO but it sucks massive lag and to get ur skillz up is sooooooooooo boring u will quit in less then a week.....they had a great idea but it has failed bigtime

...maybe if they fix the lag and a few other things i might go back and try it again...but untill then UO is the game u want...not the normal uo but uogateway

Lineage 2 fits that perfectly... PvP is nonconsentual but uses the karma system to stop most grief killing (altho dualing anywhere without penalty is completely allowed if you wanna dual it out with a friend) and it doesnt force you to solo or party... ur choice

If you are going to try Lineage 2 do it while you can when the open beta starts up. I found it to be one of the most boring games I've played. Combat is just way too simplistic from what i saw. I'm going to keep trying but right now I give it thumbs down.

I've actually enjoyed Knight Online, as hard to believe as that is, which is in open beta and is a pvp game. However not to the degree I would actually pay for it. It's free right now though so try it out. Definitely doesn't look like it can hold my attention for long but it's something to keep me from going nuts from lack of MMORPGs.

Once it's pay to play I will once again be waiting for a decent pvp game to come out..
