CohUpdater.exe not working

Alright, I got everything installed and got a 14 day trail going. but
when I click on the icon it doesnt load up the game. treid it a few
times and nothing. it makes the mouse into the timer for a short bit
and then it goes back to the pointer. anyone know what I can do to fix
it?
