9dragons is free to play. you can buy premium service and some items with real money though, so its free to play with a cash shop (Like silkroad, maple story, gunbound etc)
The p2p option is to remove the advertisement. The f2p option u must live with the advertisement (funny if u r really hungry and a food adver pop up lol). The cash shop promise to be only for customization. Acclaim have say that they will not sell items that give some kind of advantage to any players. Well this is only a promise, still hoping that will be like this when the game is released.
