Help with SimsOnline Install from fileplanet

OK i know tso has sucked BADLY in the past but im really bored with everything else.

To the question: when i try to install the the game it continuely tells me it cant connect to the fileplanet website, after the errors come up it still takes to the security code screen and gives me my cd key, sooo........what can i do to get to the install screen where i enter the  key??
