pre order cd setup not working yet?

I recently got the preorder cd for the game, but am having a problem.  When i go to register it i get up to the point where they send you the email with your code to register, but im not geting that email.  iv tried resending it several times but still nothig.  is it not working yet or am i once again geting screwd out of the bonus stuff im saposed to get for preordering.  any info would be helpfull, thanks.

From what I know on the official forums, they've not added in the preorder registrations to the beta pool as of yet. So far they've just been adding forum members, but in the next group of testers (said to be sometime soon) they will be a mix of forum members and preorder registers.

So with any luck you may be in next go round!

As of right now, people who bought the pre-order package with the bonus CD and beta are NOT able to enter the beta right now.  No one has any clue when they will start letting people in, but it should be pretty soon if the game is being released in the next few months.

All Pre-Orders will get into Beta 25 minutes before actual launch.

You however do need to register on plaync and follow the instructions on the cd. When I did the first time it didn't send me a code, I pressed the button a few times and it sent me a code finally. So I would recommened you try it again.

People, he isn't talking about the beta.  Please read his topic and question.  He is talking about actually registering the account, which you are supposed to be able to do right away when you get the CD (this is how they know you pre-ordered and are let into beta for pre-ordering.).  My account registration came right up and I got the confirmation from e-mail right away.  You might want to try at a time with less traffic on the server.  I know a lot of people have been registring this past week.

I think people complaining about this beta disk is getting out of hand.. Come on! no where on the box dose it say you get into beta.. or How fast.. and on the coh web site it dose not say how soon.. just says a beta invite.. and for the guy who is complaining about 25 min befor launch.. I hope you eat your words when you get into beta.. its just being rude! Cryptic is a great company and have done nothing but be up front with us!

That just goes to show you how much this game is wanted. I mean this is obviously gonna be a big thing. Who wants something to go wrong when they have a chance to get into the game a bit early?

It was my understanding that his pre-order cd setup isnt working cuz preorders havent been activated yet. The problem is one in the same.

Unless of course his cd has a big gash on it and that is why it isnt working.

OUMarch, the process to set up an account has been activated. 

A person should get an email right away after a NCsoft account is created.  It sounded like the poster was having troubles getting through to their server and getting that verification email.

only other problem i could think would be an issue would be if he had an anti-virus/spam on his comp like norton's. I had to make the address where the email gets sets from and "allowed" address to receive emails from them. Hope this helps and i read your post right mate.
