First I thought it was Maple then i heard some people said Silkroad and Runescape were just as popular as Maple , and theres a game that's releasing soon Call Yulgang it was a big hit in Asia I heard. Im so confuse now so i made this Poll.
I Know most Popular doesn't mean "Best" but i just enjoy playing with a big crowd since my comp can handle it i don't lag often and i use T1.
I asked for Free MMorpg Because its obvious for P2P Its WoW.

Why do you have a poll? Polls are for opinions.
Yulgang is the largest Free MMO, but I dn't think it's in english.
If you see lag in an MMO and you are running over 500kbps (DSL Lite) then the only reason you will see lag is:
a) Not enough ram
b) Server side lag
A Work in Progress.

I don't know if they have a list about how many players play each game. I just want to see which one of these games are most popular in peoples opinions. If some one have prove to back up their opinion that would be great.

Mine is Space Cowboys. I do tend to ramble, so if you don’t want to read the following just remember this, SC is a unique game, and is a must try. It may not be the most popular, but i just wanted to put this out there as an exellent free game. Heres why.
First and foremost, SC brings back to life the old concept of MMO’s, recently bastardized by games like WoW. I know its RP nature isn’t that great as of late, but the fact is that this game is very unique in its design.
I especially enjoy the new game play present in SC. It’s your standard MMO, yet it incorporates flying in crafts that are called “gears” in game. Taking the place of characters, these are maneuverable in a 3 dimensional environment, making things like grinding, raiding, and PvP seem new and exciting.
What I enjoy most about Space Cowboys is the casual nature of the game. I can play my traditional MMO’s, log on to SC for 20- 30 min, and actually get a lot done. It is a casual and fun game t play.
Having played this game for about three months, my favorite part of it is its devotion to factions and faction wars. In a system called Nation Wars, the 2 factions fight against each other for Nation Points. Each kill for the nation gives it one nation point. The winning team at the end of the month is given buffs and items. This makes raiding more fun, organized, and competitive, while making it a short experience as well, if you so desire. Gm’s are involved too. For example, every week a game is played called “Find the GM”, where a GM hides in enemy territory and the faction has to penetrate the other faction’s forces and find him. The winner gets buffs and bonuses as well.
Finally, I would like to make one thing clear. Even though it is free, THIS GAME CONTAINS NO VIRUSES. Their method of making money is by selling buffs and other rare items in game.
Thats about it lol.
