Any New (free) MMO worth my time?

I have yet to find a good fantasy game that is recent, or close to releasing.  Plz tell help me find a new (free) game!

you get what you pay for sadly, the only thing i can think of that you can do is grab L2/daoc and play on a free shard

even if they arent 100% copies of the real servers its still gonna be WAY better than any free mmo out there at this time

I agree.  Many of the free mmos are designed to be bad so they can sell you a good gameplay.  There are a few good ones.

There is Shot Online, which is mildly addictive and good for casual play.  Its not all that great but it offers hours of free fun.

Rappelz.  I was playing this rescently and I really like its job system.  Although there is alot to be desired in the way of info.  I am not too sure what the end-game is like.  They do a few things I don't really like, like point and click movement in a non-RTS 3D environment, and the traveling can be a little annoying.  They have a cool stamina feature where being a casual player is rewarded with higher exp and jp gain rates which I like since I can log out for a few days and I won't be left in the dust by the hardcore games. 

Thats all I can think about for free games though.  Warrock is a little cool.  It will probably get better when they add F-15's and MiGs.

There are many fantasy games out there you can try out, I recommand getting the free trail of Saga of Ryzom, to try that out, or use Second Life and find a role-playing group and place to role-play there, or you can play them boring hack and slash game to tear your arm off from clicking and pointing.
