Questions about Production

I just made a production guy a few days ago. and i was wondering what i need to do to get him to be perfect production. I have done PVP and its easy to find out what i would need. but with production i have no idea. Theres so many differnt skills that its hard to see what i would need. and i also would like to know about researching and y there are somany differnt skills in that. want to do researching missons but  i dont know what i need to do for them.

Well basics you need to get are Productin 5 and production efficency 5 that will give you the fastest production rate for the cheapest amount based just off your skills. As for the Research agents your looking at Science 5 and several other skills based on the agent. find the Corp you want to use the R&D agents for and determine which ones you'd like to use. Those agents will tell you what skills you need to use that agent.

What are the other helper skills? Im not sure what i need to do. I am traning research so i can do missons while im training every thing else. i would like to build anything and every thing.

Well the other skills depend on the agent and depend on what you do. pretty much most of the science skills loke rocket science and such.
