What free trial?

Apparently, SWG offers 21 day free trial.

What they do forget to mention is that the trial is limited to returning players, who had their account inactive for x months or something.

And apparently, this free trial is a "breakthrough" since you can play live game. Um... I played WoW on live during free trial.

But yea, something or another, good thing, yadda yadda, the usual toned down PR.

    The comments and responses to that article were just ... underwhelming, much like the general level of approval the NGE has been met with.

    There are two trials going on.  The 21 day trial that lets most vets who had cancelled play their characters again, and the new 14 day character that lets you make a new character and play the game as if you were subscribed.  You can leave the noob station in this 14 day trial.

    Im still not sure this is right, both of my accts were inactive for the same amount of time but only one was reactivated with the trial.   I still havent heard a good explanation of why....

    I got the email, but none of my accounts worked for the trial.  Of course, I did just use a gamecard before that trial was started.
