Shadowbane vesus Archlord

I thought this might make an interesting debate, both are open pvp games etc

Archlord has alot of elements from Lineage2 but offers the possibility of becoming an Uberlord and Shadowbane has some pretty unique features which no one else has tried to do yet.

    Shadowbane hands down...use your brain..this games what 5-6 years old and free and your comparing it to a game 2 months old and p2p that alone should tell you something.

     

    Just FYI though they both pretty much suck.

    Yeah but finding a working install of Shadowbane is impossible.  I have been trying for a week now and just get corrupt installs.   That being said Archlord is just a L2 clone with a "Pay-to-be-uber" system.

    and the uninformed people strike again!

    the payment system has been removed months ago and now use the normal standard payment system.

    Also, ArchLord hands down. Shadowbane is a pos.

      Shadowbane is a product of incompetent game making, and so is Archlord. Both games suck hands down.

      If you are just comparing pvp than SB wins, no contest.  With help you can be competetive in pvp within days, participate in seieges etc...

      Archlord is a grinder, no player made towns, no siege weapons.  I'm just comparing the pvp aspects of the 2 games cause they both should not be played by anyone.  SB is free so at least you only lose your dignity.

    Shadowbane. The quality of both is questionable but SB is free and you know exactly what you're getting with it, which is PvP, PvP, and oh yeah - PvP.

    oh, the strike of uninformed people just won't stop. ArchLord DOES have siege weapons.

    alll mmorpgs suck though. all are fundamentaly flawed in one way or another. Expansions tend to break games the most.

    I dont believe most people here have even bothered to play Shadowbane and just take a look what they know from what other people say and use it like its their own opinion. lol.  This applies to other games too.

    And I never stated that I've played Shadowbane. I've played ArchLord, and I've heard enough about Shadowbane to safely suggest the one over the other.

      LOL I followed SBs development since the year 2000, participated in Closed BETA, release, game sucks.
      Gamesloading you ever going to make an arguemnt instead of nitpicking ? Well I was wrong about one feature of the game, you win LOL.  Stop acting like a lil kid and use that brain of yours to argue your points.
