being the first major MMOs somewhere at the end of 2006 or beginning
2007. Since u r only 30 in WoW and enjoying it id say keep playing it
till you reach high end, thats when I hear WoW becomes boring grind.
If you want something totaly new, id recommend Guild Wars, while it
LOOKS like WoW, its totaly different type of game, some people dont
even classify it as a MMORPG. It took me some time to get used to GW,
but i finaly got into it and enjoy it from time to time.
I would also recommend Planetside, an MMOFPS game - no PvE but pure
skill based (not your character skill, but your personal skill) open
PvP. There is a free trial so you can play for free.
I am the type of player where I like to do everything and anything from time to time.

I don't recommend WoW if your at level 30 because you'll reach 60 and then lose interest after a constant raid for gear and then you would of lost all that fabulous gaming time. If you have patients, something I don't have much of, then you should stick with EVE. EVE is a great game for those that have the patients to play it, some orginal content.
Like the others said, you can't go wrong with free trials either.
The 3rd gen MMORPGs will becoming out starting Q1 2007. VSoH is looking interesting a long with others coming out in 2007. I would keep up to date with these because they will hopefully be changing MMORPGs as we know them. G'luck finding the best game.
someone plays WoW till 60 and enjoyed every level how can that gametime
be lost? I quit WoW when my top char reached 55 (have about 5-6 other
lower level chars) and i dont call that lost time. I had fun, I enjoyed
playing it, I moved on. Thats life bro.

Well bro, I call that lost time. If you enjoy playing a game only to quit because of boredom or whatever reason you move on then that sucks. MMORPGs are suppose to have changing content to allow for a long stay and and a long development. IMO, if that's what you're going to do then you should stick to 360 or platform games. But that's it, it's a matter of opinion and he asked for advise and I gave him mine. Keep your "that's life bro" comments out of gaming forums.
I would say u should try NWN2 when it comes out its going to be CRAZY!!!!

So what u
say is you play 1 game for life, becuase if u dont, that means all that
time u played it is lost. Did I understand you correctly?

Yes I play the same games for life. Well I have down time that I can't play games but when I can play I play the same ones. It is most fun to develope a long term relationship with the game and the community. I've played WoW and quit because it wasn't involved and I considered that time lost.

That is your opinion, doesnt mean that people who play different games are wrong. In fact, if you think logicaly, playing different games is better then getting stuck in 1 becuase different games bring various game play, they fulfil different needs for entertainment. Its like eating different types of food compared to eating one type of food for life. Still, im not saying u r wrong, im saying you are one among many, and maybe it is you who are wrong, and not others. I think (a scientific guess) that most people play more then one game. I doubt many folks here are sticking with one single game for life.
