    Id rather have a deep tactical MMO with alot of content then a shallow mind blowing graphics MMO in which I cant even run half way decent.

    My dream MMO would be something like EQ1 with more quests 1-70 and no flags/key zones. Flag/Keys are just developers way to slow down progress. I like to call these intentional slow downs timesinks.

    Dark Solstice has a turn based type tactical combat while yes the graphics dont compare to say Vanguard. It wont cost me an arm and a leg in upgrades to play.

    What I'm trying to say is graphics shouldn't matter its the amount of fun while playing that matters to me.

    I'm interested in the game after doing a bit of reading, and signed up for beta more than a month ago. One idea that intrigued me was the entire underground world of thieves and scoundrels separate from the surface world.

      Well as with all vaporware, this is just words on a page.  Yeah gfx arent the most improtant thing, but you need something better than The Realm graphics these days.

    You know actually I doubt it. With all the shit thats released these days passing as MMO's 1 Game with great gameplay and decent (not EQ2/WoW/Vanguard type) graphics might actually do well. And personally as a member of the DS forums for well over a year I can assure you its not vaporware. What it lacks in graphics it will more then double in gameplay and quite frankly after all the shit I've seen/played thats all i really give a F about. Gameplay you remember when games used to be fun? I do I work hard enough I don't need a 2nd F'ing job.

    Btw Gorukha I've seen you troll this forum for quite awhile and I was wondering, after seeing you bash every game ever mentioned I wonder to myself what MMO you play and like? Surely none of them judging by your posts....

    Hey, Muddah. wasn't that game on the front page of mmorpg.com for like forever and then just like faded away? I was interested in it for awhile while it was here. What happened?

    Yep when it was 1st announced I saw alot of it on this site that was about a year ago though.

    I really hope it turns out to be pretty good and I really hope it puts the RPG back into the genre.
