For EVE Online: I would change the skill train system and make it more like other MMOs. But not totally, throw in a bit of both so it's still training over time but the more you do something the faster you train. 193days of training skills that are worthless to me till I reach my goal is insane. (that's what it would take for me to train to fly a Carrier, not that I could afford one if I grinded 8hrs a day for the whole 193days... but still)
Ashen Empires: Turn it back into what Dransik was in beta with more content. Ashen Empires sucks balls, but Dransik back in Beta was killer.
