No kidding. And here I thought there'd be singing.
Perhaps so, but what I think when talking about time management and games.because if I could save time in a bottle I'd save it up and spend each moment playing on-line.
The results should be rather interesting to see how much time MMORPG players spend playing. As the novelty of MMORPG's wears thin, I think most with fewer than 10 hours a week to play will resort to single player games. And few to no MMORPG companies will consider those with few hours to play in game design.
Although things like 18 hour raids and needing 100 played days to get to max level are already fading. So while future MMORPG"s may not be aimed at low time investment players. They will unintentionally be much kinder to them.

Make no mistake, MMORPG's are not games, they are hobbies. If you have a job, you'll need to give up watching TV in order to play one. You'll be better off for it.

I spend a lot of time on the computer but not as much time actually playing MMOG's as I think I do. I probably spend more time reading the boards here and reading NEWS and stuff about MMOG's than I do playing them most days! But when I am really into a game I'll spend a good 30-40 hours a week playing it probably. Even with work and school it's easy to fit in 4 hours a day if you can manage on little sleep (I think I must be a master at living off of 4 or 5 hours of sleep by now, hardly notice it :-P )
What can I say?! This is one hardcore hobby that I love!
Cheers!
