Excuse me, I was not promoting anything. As I said: SWG WAS my fav mmorpg. I no longer play it. I stopped playing about a year ago. I was just giving my views.
So then you NEVER really played the NGE since you stopped playing a year ago. So how the HELL did you play for several years? Using the information you gave us you stopped playing 1 month after the NGE went live. I bet you never even played preCU.

SWG WAS my favorite game, and the best MMO ever made. Up until 11/15/05 that is. They strung me a long for another 10 months with broken promise after broken promise before I finally gave up. The NGE is a total POS. Hardly anything works right, they are still "fixing by nerfing", and expertise is a complete joke, not at all a valid replacement for the old skill system. Add to this the fact that they've not added one iota of content to the game for CL90 players since the one off Restuss debacle, nor have they fixed any of the other broken content (DWB, Warren, Geo Caves, Fort Tusken) to make them at all enjoyable again. Simply put, there is a very good reason why SWG is the most hated MMO out there by former players, has won almost all of the "MMOWTF" awards, and is very unlikely to emerge from early 2007 alive. Betrayal. SOE and the dev team have time and time again stabbed in the back everyone who has ever been a customer. And they will continue to do so.
Feliis , You have been supporting SOE for a few years and have as of yet not ceased in anyway . Yet that whole time you have complained about how bad their games are . Everything you have posted since you started playing has been a %^&*( fest . I know because I have seen it first hand . So what is it , Do you support what they do or do you not ? Proof is in the pudding

I remember you saying you were recently ripped off by them . Yet you do not include that in your everyday rants about SOE , You were preaching about a SOE lawsuit for months after the NGE (Bait and switch ) yet you have not reacted in the same manner over something done to you personally and only you . Why am I posting this ? Because I want to know where the truth lies . A lot of what you say I agree with , Yet I have a hard time believing you actually feel the way you say . Don't take this as a personal attack , I am curious nothing more .

I played SWG for about 8 months n i loved it .. i got it last xmas so this was after all the changes had taken place ... but since i hadnt had the previous versions i had fun ... the only reason i left the game is because everyone else was leaving and i maxed out about 5 characters b4 i just couldnt find nething else to do ... i mean i ran out of quests n stuff on about the 2nd char but i repeated until it all became old ... i think it is a fun game for people just joining n wanting a quick mmo hit .. but if u played b4 CU n all that stuff u will hate it

That would be because you are the target audience.
I played SWG since beta and loved it. It was such an innovative and complex game. You never got bored because there was so much to do. I'd recommened it to anybody who hasn't played it. But pre-NGE subscribers won't find much left of the game they loved.
