As long as Humans exist, no.

But, back to point, Does MxO have life in it?

    The Answer? Yes.

But, the city is so big, it may be difficult to run into others wondering about.

Be sure to check the hardlines around Mara, Camon, and Tabor.

All usually have people around them.

Second point: You're wrong, telling people what to say and where to say it, is really just the same thing. You have to accept that people won't agree with you on the internet, especially when you're active telling people to create accounts here for no purpose but to troll and advertise.I know DN1 allows you to run rampant and it seems like that's the case here, but don't cry if it get thrown back at you. Stop trolling.
I assume your silence on eveything else means you agree. Thanks and have a good weekend.
The other points were accusations towards SkyJackal, and it's not my business. Didn't see the edit, haven't read the review. Mmkay?

    1) But we're talking about this forum only. Right, you have made a few positive comments, but also a lots with "POS, RP vampire kiddies and Matrix fanbois", and similar.

I wasn't only talking about you, rather about ZippyDodah. Moreso, just in general, though.

    2) Can't speak for him, but I think it's generally assumed that the people addressed like the game, don't agree with most negative comments here and are invited to share their positive opinion in this forum. There are also many players who do not like the game, and so they can also come here and spread their negative opinion. No has mentioned multiple accounts.

What has been there first? The chicken... or the egg? The negative critics ("h4ters with vendetta"), or the positive critics ("fanbois", "promoters")? I don't know, but honestly: whoever comes here and writes really negative stuff about TMO, should aswell not cry if it gets thrown back at them in form of positiveness, and then accuse the opposition to be a biased "fan marketing movement" because of inability to accept that not everyone agrees with you on teh internets.

And since you appear to agree with this accusation, I wonder why you don't tolerate others giving you corresponding titles.

On topic, I do rarely run into people and go on, that's it. Not much life, as far as I'm concerned.

But I recently was in a faction, and before everyone seemed to stop jacking in short ago, it was plenty of chat and teaming - since there are many active factions around as I read on the forums, I'd say you can get much "life" from this game if you join one. Not necessarily solo.

Thank you for your replys they have been most interesting. I kinda skipped through the long ones cuz my time is limited. I have just joined MXO on syntax i think it is and have only seen a hand full of people mostly lvl 40-50. I still enjoy the game and its not dead yet. I feel that there is some life left in it and can be brought back, dont know how i just feel that its a great game just has alot of bugs that needs to be worked out. Its not done yet.

Good so we agree that it's virtually empty.

From what I've seen, yes. But I'm also not looking for other players mostly.

Might I suggest you try Enter the Matrix, it really is a rather good Matrix game. It's single player only.

I have tried and finished EtM - and despite several demerits both in screenplay and gameplay / technical aspects, I've enjoyed it. Still got it on my PC, and am going to play PoN at some point.

    Thanks for the advice.

The problem: MxO has a different world from those games, a different story, different combat, different playing principle etc.  -  this game, solo or not, is a totally different game than EtM.

And I don't mind teaming up from time to time.

    Moot point, mate.

It's alive in the same way a person in a coma is alive. Not really living at all.
