The Titanic was described as the largest liner ever built in its day. DnL is described as the largest mmorpg ever made in its day.
Both set sail amid great hype and promised expectation. Sadly both have sank.
That is where the similarities end. The captain of the Titanic went down with his ship, with this game the devs not only took the first available life boat but took all of the others with them "just in case".

Actually the developers never got on the boat with this game. They just told all the fannyboys "no, no, you go ahead we will meet you at the other side. We want to take pictures of our ship coming in...snikker...."
Congratulations to Dekamore and The Forsaken for taking the majority of Agnar's. Enough in fact, to place enough votes and make Dekamore the first official king in DnL.
However.. to our dismay.. the feature is not implimented yet. Imagine that!
The really funny and sad part of this post is how many people did they actually have to kill to take over the area? There can't be 20 people left playing can there?

I just got an email from support about a ticket I sent in before the last rollback. It was about the magic ingredients going from stacks of 50 to stacks of 1, which the rollback fixed. It told me that they couldn't fix it (which, they already did...) It made me wonder if they even knew what I was talking about, or realized what is going on. I mean, why did they send me a reply saying they couldn't fix something that they fixed and that I had to just deal with having all my ingredients being gone and they were sorry... If they had any idea what was going on they would have known that my ingredients are back because they did a rollback. I don't know, it just reiterated the fact support sucks. 2 weeks to get a reply and the reply was clueless. AND was also the only reply I have EVER gotten, and I have sent in dozens of tickets about various things.
It's still pretty entertaining over there. I get a chuckle every time I see a post talking about a certain player yet they call him "he who can not be named". That's classic.
As a way to rez the thread that probably made me laugh the most ever i will quote one of the DnL Staff Mod "Pjurre" in their forum when he answered someone that asked how to cancel the account:
"there is no way to completely cancel/erase your account using the dark and light website, you can switch to freedom package but that will cost 9.99$, but after that there is no monthly cost.
There are other ways to "cancel" your account but those ways are not official and they cant be found on this website.
