most people are going to level to 70 before doing any of the content anyway, just like most people leveld to 60 before they 5 manned LBRS

if I were to kill a titan tomorrow and no CCP employees showed up to say grats I would petition it.
Waiting for: the next MMO that lets me make this macro
    if hp < 30 then CastSpell("heal") SpellTargetUnit("player") else CastSpell("smite") end

Of course he's a Gnome Mage.

Why does that not surprise me?

There's always going to be a speed leveller.  Some people get their glory from that.

If 90% of the server is 70 next week, talk to me about balancing.  You can never balance a grind - people are just going to find the best mobs to grind on, and do it.  There's nothing to fix that.

That's the whole point. 40 people shouldn't be able to level one person. Is it honestly that hard to implement?

Maybe I shouldn't have said balancing, more like having a broken system to award experience for kills. You can't tell me that Blizzard intended for someone to be able cap out in less than 30 hours. Sure, there's nothing to fix speed levels, but you can limit their experience/hour via other mechanics (monster difficulty, for example. If you have 35 people killing your mob, and you get credit for it, there's a problem.)

Also, to a previous poster: That UI screams Discord to me, but I'm not entirely sure.

Man Joekabuke. I love your avatar. Brian Peppers. He has been an on going office joke for the past 2 years in our office. They guy is actually a registered sex offender in Ohio. There are so many great photoshops of him on the web. Classic.  Anyway  I know this has nothing to do with this post. But I started lol when I saw the avatar.

And this guy has issues spending 28 hours and planning out  this just so he could be the 1st person to lvl 70.   SAD

To me, I would care less right now about getting to level 70. But from a friend I hear this already people up to lvl 64.

Just insane. But I guess that's what the developer gets for not balancing new content properly. Back to lurking then.

    Peace,

Don't worry, you can try again when lvl 80 available in the next expansion.

Yeah, and hopefully (Read: Probably not) this method if gaining experience will be fixed. Think if level 70s were tap-leveling the 60, and not the other way around. Way faster. Probably closer to 15 hours 60-70....and with fewer people involved.
