in Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning
I have lost all hope in WarHammer Online after seeing this video at there site www.warhammeronline.com/english/media/podcast/files/WAR-pp_2006-11_RvR.html

Can you say HORRIBLE GRAPHICS?! thats what I say.. its all in this weird view.. jeeze if I was playing this I wouldn't be able to tell if I was the Dwarf or the Orc, all because of the damn camera view its on.. I guess you gotta right click and manually adjust the camera? or is this use the arrow keys to move the camera and click-to-move?

Seriously this just makes me wanna puke.. Mythic has done the most horrible thing to this game.. I have lost all hope in this game, and I hope it dies within a minute of the release.

    You do realize that the game isn't even in beta yet right?

    It's no where near being done you need to wait intill it's almost released before you judge ok.

    sorry but just by looking at this video.. its not good anymore.. this is what WarHammer Online will be and theres noting that can change it.. Mythic's best game ever was DAoC.. this has to be the worst they've ever done.. go back to WoW this game will be dead on the release.

    You cant tell what a game is going to be like when it's in alpha stage...

    Your judging it way to quickly so many things can happen between now and when it releases... you need to wait intill to try open beta then decied if you like the game.

    um, you do know that the camera is played in the typical WoW prospective angle right?

    look at some other videos and you can see that, do that before you come back and troll here...Kthxbye

    The camera is in a specators view (which only a developer and moderator can do) to show a larger view of the overall battle.

    You havent even played the game and you are saying it sucks.  You're stupid.  He's right its still in alpha and i think the game looks pretty damn good for only being in the ALPHA STAGE.  Im glad you wont be playing it, just one less person to hear complain.  And this game will be, in no way, dead on release sparky.  DAoC was an amazing game and mythic learned from the mistakes made from it and WAR will be their more refined and polished MMO.  But ya dont let me try and change your mind i really would rather you not play.

    Erm this video is almost 6 months old and was pre alpha! does you brain not function correctly or something? how can you not understand this is a demo not intended to amaze you, the "weird view" is because the cam is in free mode.

    So what your saying is that Mythic is putting all of their mistakes from DoAC into WAR? Oh boy! more crap to play!

    There edited it so it was red, and enlarged it incase he was colour blind as well as stupid.

    Mythic is sticking VERY close to the feel and design of Warhammer because their player base is going to consist of a lot of table top players who want a MMO of their favorite hobby.



    Now, if you want something more "real" go play Vanguard.  If you want something more cartoony, play WoW.  No one is stopping you, and both of those games are out.

    I would suggest biting your tongue and actually sitting down and waiting for this game to be bad or good before spewing out your opinions. You judge to fast and need to be patient. I prefer if you could super glue your but to the chair and wait a bit before quitting on this game.

    Ok, go play Vanguard, Star Wars Galaxies, EverQuest, EverQuest 2, or any other game coming out with "realistic" graphics.  I don't understand what you expected from Mythic.  Changing the art of Warhammer wouldn't do justice to the 25 years of lore and art they have worked on.



    I am a fan of cartoony, though.  You may just enjoy pretending to be some realistic big boob'd elf.  To each their own, I say.
