nope, never going to start grinding gold, never going to sell characters or accounts and I'm never going to partake in the buying or selling of gold even if a company deems it 'legal' and I never have as of yet, If your going to buy gold, then be prepared to face the company that you skimped from, by buying gold you ruin the game for others, not only is it cheating, but it ruins the in game economy so that means others will have to pay more for what could be otherwise crap items, I'm glad you got banned personally I think people like you who try to justify a crime even after they've been shown they're guilty with definite proof should get locked up again or maybe even put into a mental institute for that matter since there must be something wrong with them if they can't even admit they broke a law.
Quoting people doesn't make you clever, in fact, it makes you all the more stupid for not bothering to read the quotes you post in the first place.

ok, firstly, from the wording in the opening post, it sounds like you know it's against the rules to buy gold, levelling and such.
It's actually against the rules to share an account to be specific, but anyway...
In what way did you think buying honour points is different to buying gold or levelling??? you're paying someone else to give you an unfair advantage. and don't say "oh, but i have a LIFE!" cause that just doesn't cut it. you don't NEED to play 24/7 to rack up a few honour points, and nobody's going to come along and kill your family if you don't have 5000 honour in 2 days.
The game's designed to play at your own pace and have fun at it. you broke the rules, you whined about it and tried to look so hard done, but at the end of the day, other people with lives still get the same achievements themselves. all you did was give more custom to the farmers, meaning one more day they'll be able to afford to keep spamming their services in game. if nothing else, that alone is unforgivable. thanks a load for the extra spam, hope you keep away from those now.

Sue Blizzard. I dont remember signing up for anything when I bought WoW and it only after when I purchase the game and subscribe to WoW is I had to agree to the agreement. I dont think you can get your money back after you subscribe to wow and returning the game back to the store because you disagree with the agreement. That is bs because i dont think your on any obligation to do anything after you purchase the game too play WoW. It like buying a house. What if you bought a house, and after the transaction was made, you were told that you were under the Homeowners Association.
Then you descided you wanted to get help, have someone take care of your lawn. However that against the Homeowners Association agreement. So they flag you and say if you keep hiring gardeners to take care of your lawn well kick you from your house. However they really cant to that because you didnt sign any contract to be a member of the Homeowners Associaction and it was after when you bought the house that they said you where under Homeowners Associaation, which means nothing.
Samething goes here, you paid for the game, they give you agreement after you paid for it, which doesnt mean anything. That like purchasing a DvD and you read on the screen that by watching it, you agree that you cant make copies of it (It doesnt say this, just using this as for example) but you do make copies, and not distribute it. The people who add the bs aggrement to the dvd cant do anything if they wanted too because you arent breaking any laws. But if you sign a contract aggreeing to buy house with the homeowner association or DvD that you cant make copies of it or Buy WoW agree to what ever contract they gave you, then you have to follow the contract.

In any case, purchasing an online game and then complaining that they won't let you cheat is just ludicrous. Would you sign up for a golf tournament, and then demand your money back because they won't let Tiger Woods play in your stead? It's a stupid argument, and the OP is stupid for coming here to argue it.

It depends, if you sign up for a golf tournament do you have to sign any type of papers or agreement?!? And if you didnt couldnt you let Tiger Woods have the Golf Tournament Ticket to play and you sponsor him?

Yes. It is stated in the Terms of Service. Take time to read it, and understand it. Also, get a spellchecker.
I did not read the fine print on everything in World of Warcraft when i signed up... lets be real here who is going to sit there after installing and getting patches and looking at what you have to do to sign on to look at every single detail of what you can and cannot do in there agreement form to play... I myself was working alot of late hours (no excuse for what Im about to tell you) but I decided in order to keep up with other people in my clan, I went to a website to just get me honor points... (no not gold, No not items... No Not to level... No not to get my professions up.. No... not to get reputation... simply just to get my honor points up... For this my account was Banned... Im still waiting for a reply from them about the infraction I broke... Apparently if you spit in the wind the wrong way on this game you will be flagged or banned.. Do not get into a pissing contest with the little kids... they tend to make you mad .. make you say something then report you.... I have to say overall the game is O.K. But im a little miffed about the money i spent to the website to help me out will not give me back the money i sent them till Blizzard sends me something as to why my account is banned which i doubt thats going to happen been waiting 5 days now.. Blizzard decided to take my 14.99 the day before... but I havent recieve a email stating that will come back to my checking account.. Ive played many MMORPG games before and i have to say "Stay away from this one"... Wait till a newer one comes out... I know what I did was wrong I guess in their eyes.. I still dont see the infraction except giving out my account name and password... and that is my buisness not theirs.. I dont need Big brother looking over my shoulder at every move or everything I say in the game.. Its sad very sad.. For example they have a profanity filter.. but if you use profanity you get flagged if someone wants to report you.. why dont they say to the person offended put on your filter or put him/her on your ignore list... If your wondering I had up until this moment never used a third party to help me out... The first Time i do I got Banned.... Account closed 44+ days down the tubes. lvl 70 warlock with epic armor Gone... from scratch waited in line for 4 hours to get the expansion when it hit the shelves... Ok fine i got banned give me back my 14.99 from blizzard and the other website better return my money I gave them.. Or they too will go up online as a website not to be trusted... For those of you that have played MMORPG games before and want to play this one and thing that maybe you can go to a website to get leveled or buy gold or anything think again... This game will take your 49.99 + 24.99 (expansion) + 14.99 month and whatever you did with the char and kill it... I would advise you not to spend your money on this game.... Anyways Good luck to whatever you do... I dont need people writing to this topic saying "you cheat"... "thats what you get"... I didnt understand the rule of having a person help you do the honor system was wrong.. Dupes I can see, hacks, exploits... yes ban them.. but if a person is willing to help out your character for a cash whats wrong with that??? Capitalism is dead in this game...
So basically your advising people who like to cheat and exploit the game not to play it? Or people who like to harass and use explicatives in general chat every sentence they type?
Not having the general common sense that this was a major bannable offense is no excuse....you got what you deserved. Then to post that you have no common sense, well......just shows you lack in that department apparently.
OP you cheated. You got caught. Instead of learning from this and continuing on (a.k.a take it like a human being) you come on here and whine that you work alot or this and that. Have you ever considered the idea that you joined the game that sinks the most time out of all of them? That maybe MMORPGs are not made for you and your life-style? I can personally remember two times where the same thing happened to me where I have been left-behind by people I know on a MMORPG because I didn't play as much as they do. You know why? It's because I have a life and from what you said you also have one too. Most of you friends are probably snot-nosed highschool students and wannabe college students who have a boat-load of time on their hands. You do not. So why do you compare your gameplay to theirs? Move along and continue living your life. Not sinking you time into a virtual world of fantasty and grinding.
Yes. It is stated in the Terms of Service. Take time to read it, and understand it. Also, get a spellchecker.
How about you show me, since you can tell im bad with english. I kind of stop reading when it says blizzard can cancel your account for any reason and dont have to tell you why.
This is actually NOT about you gaining an advantage over other players. Well, at least not onl because of it. The other reason is that you're trading real world currency for in game gain. It's kinda like...um...let me think of a good example...
Lets say you went out and rent a DVD from Blockbuster or something. You paid Blockbuster some amount of cash (say, $10) to rent it, then you rent this DVD to another person for $15. In return, you gained $5. Of course Blockbuster won't be happy about it.
It's same thing here. Paying an subscription fee to Blizzard is like renting DVD from Blockbuster. You don't actually OWN the game, you're simply renting it and it doesn't make it yours. So technically, everything in WoW is OWNED by Blizzard and you have no right to sell or do anything to have a commercial gain. In this case, it is the website that sell service that's having a commercial gain, but you're the one that's assisting it.
This is the same as piracy. It's not only the fault that the one that pirate things to blame, but also the one that actually buy the pirated version.

So I pay subscription fee = renting DvD from blockbuster, got ya. Rent DvD to other for $15 dollars = buy service from WoW, dont got you. First off I dont think rent dvd for 10 dollars then rent to others for $15 dollars is against the law. You might look at the person rent the dvd for $15 as a dummy, but if he loses it, who responsible for the dvd to blockbuster, you are. But still that doesnt = to buying service for WoW. However I you can compare that to rent a place. Say u have 3 bedrooms and your rent is 200 dollars. Then you rent the other rooms for 400 dollars, is that against the law?!?
This is the same as piracy. It's not only the fault that the one that pirate things to blame, but also the one that actually buy the pirated version.
WoW, how does this = piracy now? Piracy deals with the unauthorized reproduction or use of a copyrighted book, recording, television program, patented invention, trademarked product, etc. The point above isnt piracy, because that DVD authorize to be disrubted. It when you make copies of that copy right material and disrubted to other who dont have that copy right material.

In this case, it is the website that sell service that's having a commercial gain, but you're the one that's assisting it.
This is the same as piracy. It's not only the fault that the one that pirate things to blame, but also the one that actually buy the pirated version.
Your not making any sense.
WoW, how does this = piracy now? Piracy deals with the unauthorized reproduction or use of a copyrighted book, recording, television program, patented invention, trademarked product, etc. The point above isnt piracy, because that DVD authorize to be disrubted. It when you make copies of that copy right material and disrubted to other who dont have that copy right material.
