I find it hard to believe that no one wanted to group. I constantly /ooc for fellowships to complete epic quests and it only takes about a few minutes to a get a group together. Granted I am playing an elf and one of the more populated servers aka...Brandywine.
Why group when soloing is more effective and rewarding ( U DONT HAVE TO SHARE THE LOOT)...right?

Ummm to do the harder quests, tackle the instances, for social fun maybe?
Most quests you can do solo, but there are fellowship quests and many harder quests, which unless you want to over level them then you really need a group.

Dude, EU is on the same schedule as the U.S. , EU has started the Pre-order Open beta on April 14th, then in 10 days it will be a full on open beta for all people in EU .
One April 24 you will be able to play LotRO for free, on the Codemasters website.
