I truly miss pre cu SWG, many great memories. What I like the most is what a social game it was, everyone depended on each other (well until the hologrind came about and everyone was afk grinding). I like LoTR, and yes, it does remind me of world of warcraft alot, but if a game came out that has that sandbox feel to it (hated saga or ryzom t hough) i would jump at the chance to play it.
Cerion. I find your inability to read my posts amazing. Its called choice. If i CHOSE to use a waypoint, so be it. If you chose not to, thats up to you. These things should be in games for reasons I have stated before, so go and read them.
Yes I want waypoints. If you don't simply turn them off! Its about choice. I havent the time to spend running around looking for an NPC 'located somewhere North'. Just a simple icon on the main map would be very useful. Its not fun otherwise, especially when you have to run everywhere as mounts only kick in until lvl 35.
As a direct result, I might spend just an hour a day playing this 'game' . Galaxies has its faults but it got alot of the basics right.
No offense Darth, but then this game is'nt for you. Why subject yourself to a game if it does'nt have want you want?? There are plenty other mmo's out there.

Oh, I read your post. I even comprehended it. That is why I was able to piece together your wishy-washy logic. You claim to want a sandbox game, yet you need to have waypoint indicators to hold your hand.
