ok, i know there have been countless topics about what races should be added in later expansions, so i decided to expand on that.
i would like to know what races you think should be added, and then the classes you would include for that race, such as a skaven warlock engineer, or a wood elf spellweaver, and the role these calsses would have (DPS, caster, tank, healer)

Destruction - Skaven. Plague Monks, Gray Seers, Warlords, Warlock Engineers and Assassins. Great Googlymoogly, what an army!!
Tomb Kings would make a good add on as well. Lizardmen would be cool, but I see them as more NPC enemies for all to fight.
Order - Not much left. Wood Elves or Brettonia. Dogs of War would be cool, not sure if mercenaries would really fit, being well, mercenary and all.
I'd choose Wood Elves. Spellsingers, Wardancers, Eternal Guard, Dryads and Waywatchers.
Hmm, interesting about the Tomb Kings, i kinda preferred Warhammer lore before that - with Nagash owning all rather than seperating the undead.
Still wouldn't mind the Vampire Counts in there. The Dog of War special classes (mostly from araby).
Chaos Dwarfs, Hobgoblins along with the fabled Black Orcs (before the lore was adapted)
Brittonia
Kislev (not really part of the Empire, more permenant allies)
Halflings - from the moot (anyone remember the hot pot special weapon)
Lizardmen
More Night Goblins - they're a tribe in their own right.
Wood Elves - awesome army since being revamped
plus the various states making up the empire are all famous for various things (easy to increase classes - pistoliers, white wolf) etc

One place i really want added is: Mordheim - City of the Damned.
Awesome history of the city. (probably when they add skaven)
Im still banging my head against the wall with all of the "DPS CLASS" talk.... what is dpser? when did dps become a verb?
so we cant use 2handed, DD, pbaoe, and damage over time or Bolt nuker classes? (play styles from other mythic games)
For an expansion you can bet your last dollar on skaven joining destruction as they have a main role in the current video game and are fan favorites.
I would expect their rival to be the lizardmen.
I think it's a WoW thing.
Gray Seer: Ranged DPS/Caster/Healer
Stormvermin: Tank
Plague Monk: Melee DPS
Pack Master: Pet Class (Rat Ogres, Giant Rats or Skaven Slaves) Different pets for different uses.

I can see skaven for destruction and lizardmen for order coming first.
Then Vampire counts/tomb kings for destruction and wood elves for order.
If not the second 1 then switch the undead with chaos dwarfs and have indead as NPC mobs. A vampire count would make an awesome boss mob!

And always someone saying: "Wow, great. Discussing Expansions when the Game hasn't even gone in Closed Beta yet."
And this is what I'll say here.
First let WAR Release, let them Patch, let them Balance, THEN start talking about expansion races ^_^

To me Brets and Skaven would be the likely choice but still we'll have to wait and see once the game arrives sooner or later.
I completely agree with Kraiden, A forum, especially for a game that has not come out yet, should be full of cool ideas, and their interpretation of the game so far, and what they think should come. Also I remember them saying that by the time the game releases they will be thinking of ideas for an expansion.
also, for skaven, i would go
plague monk tank,(because they have extra toughness in TT version)
then some eshin thing for melee DPS (an assassin or gutter runner)
Warlock engineer for caster (heals with warpstone, then warp lightnings everything)
and Moulder pet class with LONG whip (ranged pet class)
for wood elves
eternal guard tank
wardancer Melee DPS
waywatcher ranged
and spellsinger caster/healer
the lizard men would have a skink for ranged
a saurus warrior for melee DPS
a temple guard for tank
and a slann or skink priest for caster/healer
i really dont expect ogres to be playable, but they would have
iron guts for Tank or melee DPS
butchers for caster/healer
leadbelchers for ranged
and bulls for either tank or Melee DPS
brettonions would be kinda weird since the lady casters could only be female, but i guess the orcs are only male...
anyway they would have somthing along the lines of
lady for caster/healer
the yeomen/peasants for ranged (although no1 wants to be a peasant...)
maybe grail knights for melee DPS and some other knight for tank, i dont really know their army well
i really dont know the beast men army at all sooo...

dunno...suppose undead...maybe they should expand the others a bit
when i play WAR i wanna be a kick ass knight...or a tree
MMO wish list:
-Changeable worlds
-Solid non level based game
-Sharks with lasers attached to their heads
For wood elves, class break down looks pretty easy;
Tank: Eternal Guard (Or they could be unique and go with Tree Kin)
Melee DPS: Wardancers
Ranged DPS: Waywatchers
Healer: Spellslinger (Spellweaver, which ever name they like better)

Sure there very resistant to the winds of chaos, but there insane.
Thinking themselves the guardians left by the old ones they don't get on with anyone, Elf High or Dark, Dwarf or Orc and human in any way.
They in all cases just hate every one.

I highly dobut they would put in any more elven avatars. But bertonian would be an option... but I think the common fan would feel it was too similar to empire, even though they will play and have a feel totally seperate.
anyone remember daoc albion where they had like 6 seperate "HUMAN" races and none of them looked alike? I would love for them to do something like that for bertonian and empire. have them look as seperate as Norseman and Saracen.
also, to me the orcs looked male, so i just called them male, yes i did know they grow from fungus, and yes i did play orcs for a time in warhammer FB, but they look male

Saurus warriors
and skink riding coldone!! i haven't seen any mounts in WAR so far, doesn't mean they aren't their, but it would be neat to include a mounted class. kind of like the chaos mage on the disc. they could be mounted archers or javelin throwers, the ultimate kite masters!
i didn't play skaven, but they're really cool too.
two races of elves is plenty, wood elf should just become like a class off the high elves or something.
same thing with beast of chaos, they could just be added as a class, like the goblins in the orc army.
