Heh, Poor Paris. Judge upped her sentence!

Long Story short, Judge was so very pissed that the Sheriff let her out that he ordered the Sheriff of LA County and Paris into the courtroom.
Verdict?
Not only was Paris sent back to jail, but the judge reinstated her full 45 days of it back where it used to be 23 days.
And the Judge held the Sheriff in contempt of court.
Some court aids never seen the Judge so pissed in their life. Also, (not to bright on Paris' part) was the fact that Paris was 1 hour and 10 minutes late to the court hearing, despite the LA Police already at her mansion.
Wanna know the reason why she left jail?
She was having a nervous breakdown and, at the same time, developed a rash because she wasn't allowed to wax and use her own shampoo and gels.

Regardless of her problems she shouldn't have been removed from prison. I'm glad to see the judge go hard on her. Maybe she'll learn something from this. I dought it though.
The sheriif shouldn't be able to keep his job. He had no right to make a decision like that.

You know the whole while this has been going on all I've thought was, Who the hell cares, but from the media splash and all the posting here it seems like everyone wants her to go to jail. I've seen people do far worse and get far less time, I could see all this if she'd killed someone or something, hell half the people in my city drive without a legal license. I even knew one guy who smashed into a cop car drunk without a license and he didn't go to jail.
I don't like her myself but I'm not about to jump on the "I hate Paris" fad train. Most of you just seem to hate her just because she's got more than you'll ever see in your lives, silly reason to hate someone, the rest of you probably hate her just because she'd never boink you. It's just as stupid to clog up court time and jail space just so the judge can make a name for hisself for locking her up. The Sheriff was right that they have to spend too much keeping her locked up, the space should be used for a real criminal, not for locking up someone just because she's an airhead.
I doubt this will be the last post I see about this, but seriously guys, get a grip, there's a lot more important issues in the world than some empty headed vapid little brat.

I don't hate her because she's rich, I don't even "hate" her. But let's face it, without bopping her boyfriend on camera she wouldn't be anywhere near the public figure she is now. And I could never hate a porn star.

Edit: For those who think she should not have been sent to jail because other people do worse and get off with less time: she is a public menace on the roads, she shows no remorse or guilt for anything she doe, because if she just plays "cute and dumb", everyone will feel sorry for her.
A 45 day wake-up call to remind her of which reality she lives in is just what she needs. She needs to learn there are consequences, and that mommy and daddy's money can't fix everything.

It's the money mate and it's not just Americans who react to it that way. It's the same story all over the world. At the other end of the scale people spit on tramps too.
No one hates on tramps that they never see. If you are poor and out of sight no one has a problem with you. Hang out on the street and parade your poverty and that's another thing entirely.
So what you're saying is that she should go to jail just because she's rich (which is one of the reasons I stated btw). That's not how our system is suppose to work, which is exactly the point I was trying to make. I can also see that I was right about the sex issue too given all the responses about bribery and kneepads. I don't like her either but I don't think she should go to jail just to make poor people feel better, that's not justice. Personally I don't care if someone's rich or not, I may have my views on how they spend their money, and their life, but as I said that's not enough of a reason for me to stick someone in a prison, it's petty and I'd like to think I'm a better person than that.
Jails are over crowded enough, do you think they should let some possible murderer or rapist out just to make room for someone who's biggest crime is being an airhead? If so we need a lot more prisons because the world's full of them (male and female), hell we'd have to lock up 98% of people in all the colleges for doing the same thing she does, the only difference is they aren't being followed by stalkers with cameras photographing everything they do.
Understand, I dislike her just as much as anyone else, I hate having to act like I'm defending her but it's not really her I'm defending, it's the way the system is being abused to, as you say, make an example of her, that I have an issue with. The judge in this case should be seriously looked at, anyone acting that rabid while claiming to serve justice should not be allowed to sit on the bench. Justice is suppose to be about doing the right thing, not carrying out some personal vendetta just because you don't like a person, How would you feel about the judge if he were giving out harsh sentences because someone didn't make enough? Bet the responses would be a lot different.

And the sentence is NOT too tough. It is actually fairly light considering she was driving drunk without a damned license.
And I would like to point out that white people do not have "smaller willies." This rumor came about because white men's are somewhat more elastic, so black guys look longer when they're limp. How do I know this?

For the record, I support the OJ decision. It was the prosecution that blew it when they asked him to try on the gloves.
And as for young women? Yes. I interact with these people on a daily basis that think it is totally A-Okay to be a total fucking whore because they see Paris Hilton on TV and Akon also tells them it's cool in his shitty hip-pop BS. And the latest clothing styles are based off of what her and other little Hollywood Whores like Lindsay Lohan are wearing.

Again you make a perfect example of what I was talking about, you haven't given one real reason why she should be in jail, just shown your own venting, nothing of what you've written speaks of justice, only your own hatred. You think it's fine to let a murderer go free but locking up an airhead is fine, just because you're jealous or insecure or whatever your personal hidden reasons are. As to the way girls dress every generation has laid the same claims about the way girls dress, if you have issues with it that's your sexual hangup / morality issue, not the girls.

This is why she should be in jail. Repeated violations of the law, and an obvious disregard for the law. Plenty of wealthy people manage to both respect and adhere to the law. I have no ill-will toward George Lucas, Stephen Speilberg, Warren Buffett, Bill Gates...etc. The list goes on.
