    Well at least someone gets it.  And I disagree with you on membership, if anything it will make people register and keep coming back.  In fact they will register as soon as possible to make sure they are in future drawings.

    i found the site when was growing tired of FFXI....do an msn search on mmorpg and look what site is first...

    hahaha. As for protoroc your "point" is quite vague. You said that everyone who quits their game will be here, which isn't valid. While it is valid that people use search engines, not all people blatantly search for mmorpg as you have indicated. Not trying to make you seem like a troll by the way, I got mad lovez for you. image 

    Also, no offense, but this thread needed to be hijacked; there's 5 other threads like this from you rama.

    my point is its extremely EASY to find this site, they do not need to offer beta contests to get new users, mostly anyone interested in mmorpg WILL eventually come across this site

    that's why they do offer beta contests though. So where's your point? The same case can also be made about a rinky dink site that has the same info -- people can come across it as well.

    Ramadin, this is now your third thread with an ongoing "its not fair" theme - the one in FoM, this, and the one Natas started in the Pub. We get the point, you don't like other people who haven't much involvement in mmporpg.com winning the RANDOMLY CHOSEN competitions.

    No obviously you dont get the point, which is what I cant understand.  Randomly chosen is fine, great, peachy.  I dont care.  The point is the insurge of people who want to win something and then leave.  It has nothing to do with "other people".  Its the way the contest is run.

    What is happening in this post is the main reason why people who do not post much, like myself, dont. Why should we post when its just going to turn into some big blown out argument. I've been around these forums for over a year i read them alot and i always read the info on the games. I always stay subscribed to atleast 3 or 4 of the games for news updates. There are a ton of ways to be active with out posting 900 post in in 6 months.

    Alright Alright Ramadin, The thing is every one here on MMORPG minus 10 have not been chosen... We knew that this competition was semi random.. We all know that some people would come here just to try to get a Beta account.. maybe even some of the people who won an account signed up JUST for that...     the thing is, people got it, but they don't particularly agree, which should be fine. It's hard to find an appropriate way to give your members a chance without playing favorites or upsetting older members. It's a pretty common situation actually. image
