loslobas, you may want to try emailing someone at Turbine or go over to the official AC2 forums (http://ac2.turbinegames.com/) and tell them your situation. Now that Turbine isn't under the control of Microsoft, the customer support has gone way up and they will probably help you get your account information back.
The only people who say graphics don't matter are the ones with old crap computers and obsolete video cards. Those are the ones that are playing UO and AC1. Not because the games is so great. But becuase its probably the only thing that they can run.
Please post the proof behind this quote of yours. Ah you have none. By the way UO when it relased needed a Pent 2 computer. Right now it is near impossible to SURF the internet with a Pent 2 computer LOL! Roughly 3 windows at the same time can be opened. If a few popup ads occure a Pent 2 will instantly crash. Dangerous to surf the internet. AC aka AC1 needs a Pent 3 computer to run it. Since you have no proof to back up your argument then it is moot.
If you really want to believe a solid 400,000 MMORPG gamers only have access to a Pent 2 computer with 200 MHZ and a GeForce 1-2 (or equivilant) then that is your choice and opinion..... not backed by any proof. If you want to believe ONLY 6,000 to 12,000 gamers have access to a Pent 4, 1 GHZ, GeForce 4 (or equivilant) then that is also your choice and opinion.... since that is how many subscribers AC2 has. Using your argument, only 6k to 12k MMORPG gamers have computers that can run AC2 and that is why AC2 has such horribly low subscriber numbers.
If you have invested in a new machine, spent time and money to get something that can kick butt, then you are going to make sure that your games/software take advantage of the tech you've got.
Again, using your arguement, then only 6,000 to 12,000 MMORPG gamers have new machines, and modern tech. Since that is how many subscribers AC2 has.
I've play a lot of non-mmorpgs. I absolutely hated the whole UO series and despise the online edition.
This here site, and forum is only about MMORPGs. UO is Ultima Online. It has nothing to do with the most successfull Ultima 0, Ultima 1, Ultima 2, Ultima 3, Ultima 4, Ultima 5, Ultima 6, Ultima 7, Ultima 8, Ultima 9, stand alone games that released from the late 1970's through the late 1980's and earliest 1990's.
AC2 has a great game engine that you can master in only a few sessions. Sure the game pop is in decline,

I've played L2. Even though AC2 is older game, it can still hold its own, graphicwise, with L2.
Yes, and? What is your point? You think AC2 is a better game than Lin2? Lin2 is still in BETA! LOL! BTW, AC2 is of the same game engine generation as Horizions, SWG, Lin2, EQ2, WoW, etc..... AC2 was the first 4th generation MMORPG to get released. Next, in the world of MMORPGs, gameplay, and game features > graphics.
If you guys are so big on gameplay, why don't you go back to Paper n' Pencil games.
We do play Paper n Pencil games. We ALSO play standalone computer games. We ALSO play MMORPGs. This here is a site about MMORPGs. This forum is about the MMORPG called AC2. Current AC2 players have posted that AC2 has between 6,000 subscribers and 12,000 subscribers. A MMORPG needs to have 100,000 subscribers to be a hit. 50,000 subscribers to have a chance in Heaven or Hell of making back its investment money. 'Nuff said.
BTW, we do not need to go back to paper n pencil to get great gameplay. AC2's competition offers great gameplay.

And crock, combat macroing has been completely banned for months now. You need a new complaint, like buff bots, which I myself don't like either. Decal should just be banned in my opinion. About the only thing I really like about Decal is Sixth Sense and trade bots. Anyway, I'll stop going off topic...
