The only thing i dont have access to is a link to actually show you the simulations they have created, which is reasonable considering it was for national defense, although im not done digging, and i'll ahve it soon, aside from that, my arguement is solid, They have money, years of development, they went to E3 07, they have the rights to the name and allowance to publish , produce and sell... What more do you need to prove its not vaporware aside from it actually releasing? If that is the case, then every single game that is in development should be classified as vaporware

Because it HAS been in development for years. The developers constantly brag about betas and release dates that never happen. No new information comes out other than recut videos and screenshots of content we've already seen 4-5 years prior. IT IS by an unknown publisher as far as any video games go. A military contractor for a european army gives 0 credit as to being capable in any way of creating the most complex game type in the world. The MMORPG. They have 30 people on staff, and had 24 for a very long time. And only until recently when they supposedly got a bank loan, they had no type of large funding whatsoever.

So, because they've done contracts with the Greek military that gives them credit to being a good game/MMO developer? What the hell kind of logic is that?
Simulations have to be realistic right? right. Which means making a simple FPS wont really train them to well. So they have to have good programming skills to make a good program(in this case a simulation).

Those show that Darkfall is getting the rights to the name "Darkfall" in the US. Once that gets approved they have 6 months to show evidence of what their going to sell. So once they get those rights teh beta wont be to far off.
