Darkfall, DnL, Mourning...they'll fall into a period of extended development, schedual push backs and release dates over a year from now if not outright canceled. Upstart developers with small teams and overly ambitious plans, learning the hard way MMORPGs are far more complex than they thought. Shadowbane all over again.

My guess is the Sims Online will be the next game to die. Why? 'cause it's an EA game and EA eats its own. The other reason is that when EA announced the shut down of EnB they offered us a free copy of either UO or TSO. They just took TSO off that offering but UO is still there. Why would then do that? Hmm...
I'm voting for Horizons even though I really don't think any games will be cancelled. They all seem stable at this point (albeit not necessarily popular or very profitable). There actually are some good features to HZ, but its the only MMO I've ever played that I've never had any desire whatsoever to play again.
There's alot to choose from... I certainly wouldn't be at all surprised by "The Sims Online", or "Horizons", but as far as in-development goes, thinking "Wish" very likely, I have the strong feeling "D&L" will go the distance, The Matrix also

Did you expect your money back? They offered what they could. I bet if you complained a bit you could prolly get whatever game of theirs you wanted (one of course), for free.

HAHAHAHA Nice thats pretty fun, hmm and on my opinion of the next game to bite the dust, Id have to say that EQ 2 is gonna bite it, reason...well cause the graphics are way hardcore and alot of people are not going to want to play a game that will take up all the freakin space on their computer

Well like always those unknowns will have many casualties but no one would notice.I can't even count those small projects that fell on the side in the last couple of years as everyone thinks he can make a great mmorpg with a few bucks.
Of the relatively well known ones i think wish will not make it live .From what the had in the first beta they need to totally revamp the game to make it a success.

I hope ac2 will survive its great mmorpg but im affraid when WoW comes its dead
WoW=quality,big population,dedicated dev team,bigger world,great pvp,lots quest and so on and on.
Need to say more blizzard no what we want.
I have lvl60 on dawnsong and lvl56 on darktide so i no what ac2 is, ive played that game with great pleasure
But need to move on and for me closed to ac2 is, WoW only on server with 5k population
when it comes out and with all content it have and quality it stay 5k pop

Lets face it. The last movie stunk and pretty much sucked all life out of that license.
WoW will NEVER be cancelled. VUG is looking for hits to bring them back, HL2 and WoW will most definatly bring them back to the status they had.
