Do you think WOW is gonna be more fun then EQ2? Or do you think EQ2 is gonna leap frog right over it?

lol. Yeah i remeber when the first everquest came out. Everyone jumped right at it. It was so packed but then i got my GM title and I could get on whenever i wanted
Some games just appeal more to others i suppose. But of course WoW stomps the comp. Has alot more lore and legend to it and a story you can get into, and of course you aren't a computer gamer if you have never played a Blizzard game.

I couldnt agree with you more. I have always loved Blizzard games, and WOW is going to put them on top, in my opinion.

Not only do Blizzard games fly off the shelf, but they are games that you can play for a long time and not get bored with.
And WOW is no acception, with quest out the ying yang, how can you get bored???

Amazing, 9 votes for WOW so far and none for EQ2! That's pretty surprising, I wonder how long it will last. What are all the EQ2 fanboys up to tonight?
I'm definitely all for WOW. Blizzard pwnz and makes amazing games! SOE sux0rs and makes crappy games that are poorly tested and have poor customer service and lots of crazy cheating pwer gamerz. WOW just looks so much more fun over all and I much prefer the graphics style.

i voted for WoW and so far now there is 13 votes cast,and none are for eq2. this is crazy, the people in the eq2 threads must not really look over here that much.
you do have to keep in mind that the 2 games are very much differant in style of play and apperance. people looking for something more realistic, but still out of the world will prolly go for the eq2 world, but for people like me, they want to check out something thats a little differant.
also, some people are getting a litle burnt out on the original eq, and they need a break from it. i havnt played it for very long, but im already feeling the so called 'grind' that comes with playing the game. there really arnt that many new people playing eq, so there really isnt much for us, but on the same token, there are a lot of high lvl people that play, and so there is a lot for themm to do.
it will be interesting to see what comes of both games because they are completley differant in almost every aspect. i think that once a person finds what they like in a certain game, they will stick with that game because it becomes their home.

Duh its in the UO forum not the EQII forum in EQII they will say EQII is winning. Its like holdign a political poll, depends on where you do it. Do it in a liberal neighboorhood you will be able to say the democrats will win you could hold a poll in a conceritive neighboorhood and you could say the republicians would win. If this was in general MMORPG discussion it would be accurate.

i've read on the beta site that housing has been scraped until a later time, can anyone confirm this
o yeah wow seems to have better gameplay however eq team has more experience in mmo's and blizzard is newcomer.
