SOE is a member of the better business bureaux. Keep evidence of your enquiries and log a complaint with the BBB. If SOE refuse to reply they lose BBB membership.

Sounds like the OP just failed to make sure his sub was properly canceled and is now trying to take it out on SOE by trashing other games they are invovled with.
I am by no means an SOE lover...I went through the whole SWG NGE disaster...I permanently closed three SWG accounts as a result of that. I have dealt with SOE with many of their games. I've been subscribed to SWG (as I said), Planetside, The Matrix Online, and shortly I will be subscribed to PotBS. Why do I trust them with my money again? Because SOE has screwed up once...and in that case they were the developer of the game (SWG). Planetside I just got tired of...not my cup of tea. MxO I got tired of...it just wasn't done properly. Not SOE's fault, and they are not the developer of this game.
The whole time with dealing with multiple games and multiple accounts I have never been improperly billed...not once. I have started new subscription...restarted old subscriptions....canceled old subscriptions...without a single problem. So take this as an isolated instance of someone (probably) screwing up on their own and trying to blame SOE for it.
Yes SOE screwed up big time with SWG...I still hate them for it...but other than that they have done business properly for me at least.

Certainly didn't trash any game. Just warning that SOE appears to be a company which does not talk to you if you have a problem, which is not the kind of company I want to give my money to. Guess I am in the minority in finding radio silence to be acceptable business practice.
This has nothing to do with FLS or the POTBS game... which for all I know is the next big thing - and is certainly worth applauding for its efforts to break new ground.
Anyway, I think this thread has outlived its useful life (if it ever had one) so am deleting the OP.
Personally im useless when it comes to cancelling my subscriptions... At one time i found out i was paying for 5 mmo's at the same time.
So what i did was get a pre paid credit card. When I am playing a game i will load the card. When i get bored of that game and forget to cancel (doesnt happen everytime), when it comes to billing day, i haven't loaded the card i use for that game with any money, so it automatically gets cancelled for me....
p.s. I'm astonished that an executive vice president of Sony didn't bring your 15 or 20 bucks to your house personally on the lear jet with a letter of apology and the Olsen Twins to make out with you.
