Just saw the worst movie ever!

rathmarathma Member UncommonPosts: 3,786

I was watching T.V. surfing channels when i saw a movie called "Jesus Christ, Vampire Hunter". Mathematically, it had to be good. When i watched it, it was the worst, low budget movie i have ever seen. Watching it was hillarious, the fight scenes were HORRIBLE.

Anyways, what is the worst movie you guys have seen? Please share!

The problem is I enjoy really bad movies. They provide allot of self generated comic relief, it's actually a passtime to watch a bad movie and alter the dialog, crack jokes, and generally rip the movie apart.

Horror movies provide endless content, the worst are comidies that aren't funny. I tend not to remember those.. but here's a list of movies I been able to get allot content out of.

    Death Spa: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0099384/

    Horror Vison: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0275410/

    Born Bad: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0118752/

Gone in Sixty Seconds: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0187078/ (Nicolas Cage movies are really good or really bad, this is really bad)

    Alien: Resurrection: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0118583/

    Maximum Overdrive: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0091499/

    Spice World: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0120185/

    Super Mario Bros: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0108255/

    Virtuosity: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0114857/

    Last Action Hero: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0107362/

    Lake Placid: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0139414/

I can keep doing this all day, so I'll let others in.

    Two words, Van Helsing.

I thought that movie was supposed to be action, not bad comedy.

Most my favorite movies are bad movies, like Biodome, those are the movies you love to hate

whaa???  That movie was great http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0182789/awards they won several awards and the movie was done very well.

The worst movie, in my opinion, is any movie Julia Roberts is in (for the exception of flatliners...which waS SO-SO).  Also, any movie with Patrcik Swayze in it stunk.

People who have to create conspiracy and hate threads to further a cause lacks in intellectual comprehension of diversity.

Hrm....I thought Van Helsing was a really good movie.

It had some corny comedy, sure, but pretty much any movie thats set back 200+ years and tries to add comedy usually is corny comedy.

Overall though, I thought it was a really good movie.

I'm sure this thread cannot continue on without mentioning...

    House of the Dead

Without this movie, Shawshank Redemption has no opposite!

My favotire part in HOTD was when the one girl was screamin her azz off that they were gonna die and then 5 minutes later she's doin kung fu, handlin a few uzi's, and kickin zombie butt.

Sidenote: EVERY high school student in movies know karate or is a genius in science

The red screen *blood* effects were just brilliant ::::12::

And well, the game clips IN the movie, let's just say i needed a bag and it wasnt for popcorn ::::39::

    none

    none

Arrggghhhh, some of my favorite movies... :)

OK, not favorites, but I really liked a few of those:

Maximum OverDrive (I am an Emilio Estevez fan, this one is from a Stephen King book).
Last Action Hero (I believe I am the only person that liked this one)
Lake Placid (Betty White's role was classic and I enjoyed Oliver Platt's role, crazy rich guy)

"Jesus Christ kicks the Karate Kid's Ass to China Where he Should have Come From in the First Place" kicks that movies rear-end.

Either that or "Jesus Christ? Who the hell is that?"

Come to think of it, I also liked

"Jesus Christ 2 : He came, He died, He resurrected"

"Jesus Christ and the Chamber of God" by J.K Religious

"Lord Jesus Christ of the Rings"

    "Pope Rambo Part IV"

"Jesus Christ International Man of Mystery"

    and one of my favorites:

"Jesus Christ meets Buddah : The Ass-Kicking"

Talking to me? It is called humor. Go buy it.

  • FinweFinwe Member CommonPosts: 3,106

Mods don't care when somone is humorous or not. You obviously are expecting a fight, and obviously know that your offensive to a group of people, you stated it yourself, so in no ways are you innocent, so don't even play like it.

You posted that just to get a rise out of people.

Not really. Nice try though. I posted it out of humor. If you ever read Maddox I simply used what he does at the end of his articles.

You need to stop taking offense to everything. Lighten up.

    P.S I am Christian, technically.

  • FinweFinwe Member CommonPosts: 3,106

    So you hate yourself?

You said Christians hate you, then that you're "technically" (whatever that means) a christian.

    So you're a self-hater.....

    You're odd....

Even odder then Rikimaru for spelling sweet as sweat.

    You found a typo ::::20::

Anyway, did you read? If you did, you lost all concept of what you were replying to between load time. Did you bother to read that I merely used what Maddox uses. It is a joke. A nice way to end a statement, in my opinion. So, in conclusion, it is a joke. Got it now?

Next we move on to your inability to comprehend "technically."

According to principle; formal rather than practical: a technical advantage.

Since that matter is settled, I am going to explain what I mean by the phrase, technically christian. Just in case that is what you didn't understand as opposed to the word "technically."

Technically christian would imply (to people who put more than four seconds in to their thought process) that I am baptized a christian, but do not really believe in christian beliefs. Nor to I attend "christian" practices.

"So you're a self-hater....." Is five periods the new gramatically correct way, as opposed to three periods to signify a pause or a unfinished though? And no, I love me. Me equals excellence. If I could, I would marry me (Remember our little buddy, "humor?" He returns in the previous sentence).

"You're odd...." Now it is four periods. Make up your mind. And thank you. I take pride in not being, "part of the crowd."

"Even odder then Rikimaru for spelling sweet as sweat." Yeah, it is a typo. Nice job, you can spell at a fifth grade level. I don't feel the need to correct it.

P.S - This is a small one. However, next time you paraphrase a man as great as C.S Lewis, spell all the words right. On a second thought, don't paraphrase him. Just use the real quote.

Anyone can label anything as inflammatory as a joke, I don't really care.

Now as for the whole technically christian thing, if you think splashing water on you makes you "technically christian" better re-evaluate. Better follow your own advice and expand beyond four seconds of thought. Now stop posting, get about ten more years of maturity, and then post something that is actually beneficial and is of more value then the waste of a horse.

    Cabin Boy!!

I think that is the one and only show David Letterman had a part in.   I love the movie but a lot of people probaly think it is dumb.

    Comedy at its best though
