1. Very very bad action bars, if you want to call it those. It is worst then a free MMO. Seriously
2. The graphics..... Are not that good I have seen much better!
3. Obviously there are no raids or hardcore PvP, becouse it will be inpossible to raid with that group UI and those health bars
4. I have read somewere that the game takes a BEAST of a computer to play at an acceptable FPS, weather this is true or not it another thing but I for one think its belivable
Overall there better be a damn good PvP/Raid system and the classes better be 100% balenced, becouse I personaly could not play a game with that sort of UI.....
If you want a game go play Generic Free MMO #10347 Becouse it is better then this excuse of a game
The only reason they have developed this is get money from everyone that goes out and buys it on the first day thinking it will be the best, Then they will give up on it and keep the money, A similer thing happened with Fury, if you remember it
And to all posts here saying "Lol its only in beta u must be a fan boi" and "They will fix this, this is only beta"
The game is 1 Month away from releasing. They cannot completly redesign the UI, and fix the effects and graphics problems in 1 month, The game will ship like this. Blizzard has nothing to worry about

AoC even thou it got lot of players hasn't caught up with as much as Wow if you look at xfire and so on (300k active players in US compared to 2 mill for Wow). However if GW 2 and War all live up to their hype i think they can probably bring down its active player base by half atleast in the states.
Someone should tell him about preCU-SWG party bars. 100 little hp bars squished together lol.
And this jerk doesn't even know what the arrows on the bars are for let alone how the actual combat system works.

LOL! Thats priceless. Lets nitpick on pure speculation. I have my list of things that could be better about AoC but 2 days into launch, I would say its absolutely phenomenal.

Why does everyone assume just because a game has lots of people playing it that it's the top MMO? Lots of people have STD's, doesn't mean its better to have them. I don't care how many millions play Conan, I enjoy the game play. I enjoyed Ultima for years and it had terrible numbers compared to WoW. It was also light years ahead of WoW in my opinion, just my opinion. So yeah, I played |WoW and loved it, but its time to move on for me, with or without the masses, to a game I'm enjoying more right now.

why do you feel the need to quote a WoW post if you are confidant that AoC will be successful?
And, who the hell cares if WoW is better or if AoC is better. Just play the game that you like. This thread reminds me of two rival high school cheerleading teams poking fun with each other and not seeing the imperfections within their own squad.

Man I love that.....I don't know, I haven't even noticed flaws in the UI (minus the group members on the radar thing) because I'm too busy looking at the GAME! I think WoW has just bred a whole bunch of people that think the UI is the actual game, or the most vital part of the game. I know some people think DPS meters are REQUIRED. I never needed a DPS meter in any game EVER to have fun or succeed in the game.

However keep in mind I am quoting US population most of Wow active players (6 out of 10.6 mill) are not Europe/NA/Oceanice player they are from Asia. AoC does not really have much exposure or even marketing there nor any of the other western MMOs for that matter (Stargate worlds, champions online, War etc).

WoW has 9 million subsribers. But Im not here to defend wow or aoc. Just let the whole "your game sucks ...no your game sucks" rest.

AoC total player base should be around 700k with 300k in US based on number of boxes shipped and few player tracking systems won't know for sure till the industry releases sales figures end of this month. Anyway the sales should surpass Lotro, vanguard, city of heroes and eq 2. If you do not include GW it will 2nd most sucessful MMO in US.

I don't need to speculate, I know how bad FC will drop the ball. And it's sad, truely, because there is/was so much potential for AoC.
Once you get the run-thru, patent-pending customer "service" that is FunCom you'll perhaps think it a fluke. Give them the benefit of the doubt and they'll bankroll it.
Other than that, I think the comparisions (and hilarious posts) aren't warranted just yet. When the time comes, though, I promise I won't say "I told you so".
