Collector edition KEY not working.

Big problem for Funcom -  a lot of CE keys are not working.  After the mess with early access now they really made it bad.

    I have the 'UK Collector's Edition Key Not Working' problem too, so I am ****ed off to put it mildly.

     

    If you can't "Have your cake & eat it too", then how can "The proof of the pudding be in the eating"?

    I just recieved collector's edition and was waiting all day to come back from work and start playing. Right now I am waiting for reply from customer support to send me a new key. This is terribly wrong. Such a mess from the very beginning. I am very very disappointed.

    Well I am busy installing right now so I am hoping my key works.  That is really bad considering its CE as well.  I have logged on and created an account through their website so maybe that means my key works but fingers crossed....

    well seeing as i cant even create an account for them to deduct the subscription at the end of the month... not soo much of a problem right now.

    Just more than a little pissed at the prospect of not being able to play.

    Same fucking proplem. if they wont fix it, whole game can fuck it self. fucking n00bs make games and cant keep accounts working><

    Same problem here. Took monday off to play a bit more and now im pissed. I hope they replace it as fast as possible...

    Same here, they must be kidding me! I waited 2 days for post to deliver it ... now its another 12 hours and still no reply about my key. And what is worst me and my friends should have a newb meeting on friday and they began without me They are 10th lvls and im still waiting. Fuck they should give us compensation, maybe pre-order bonuses or something not that big, but still worth waiting Hope they anwer on weekend, because if they take themself holiday and answer comes on monday, ill beat hell out of them . Damn it, I took whole weekend to have time for game. Now its wasted? Friend just went on friday into shop, bought CT and 15 minutes later he was in the game ... So fucking unfair  Now i see they changed "broken key" message now they want key in subject so i sent them second email ... And thinking about sending them new every 10 minutes. Damn it! Why didnt they add these keys, or make auto forms like if you input this key and noone replaced it yet, they should mail you new one automaticaly, if they release about what 10 000 boxes? More? All corrupted? And 2 ppl answering in free time to requests? See ya ingame in week maybe two lolz

    How many got their cd key?? im waiting 16 hours now or more.... and i sent all the details they need, ive seen ppl get their key in 2 hours or so.

    I DONT have the CE edition, and am unable to log into the game (I was at first, but now I'm not).  I also have the US version, and I do not get the "you have a bad cd-key" message.

     

    I got a message from funcom via email (over 48 hours of my emailing them) with a cut and paste response, that had nothing to do with my situation.

     

    Hope this works out.  I want to play, but this is leaving a bad taste in my mouth.

       Im so pissed off, their customer support is obviusoly shit, i have sent so many emails, and  im reallyyyyyyyyyyyyy ticked off with this whole thing.

    &*$£$*$**%%*%$!!!!!!!!!

    I was lookin forward to PLAYING ONLY on the weekend, they have absolutely screwed my plans.

    wankers.

    I keep checkin my mail and hoping they will reply, but NOTHING.

    Has anyone actually got a reply from them??

    I'm still waiting too, it's been 24 hours now since I emailed them, not impressed! Buying the collectors edition was the most I have ever spent on a game and I can't even play it!

    from what i understood people actuelly recieved proper keys after 2 hours... BUT they probebly sent the emails before the funcom guys decided to take their weekand off you know.... and now we need to wait till they return on monday........................... So for thew moment i will ......

      so let me get this straight, they are having a problem with the collectors edition ONLY???

    because im sick of waiting for fun.com wankers to reply. i have just called up game and explained to them the situation, i have also told them that they should be aware of such problems before selling the game!!

    They told me to go down and swap my CE for the normal copy!

    so me off!

    GOT IT! New key just arrived, but reply came for second mail i sent, with key in subject. Good i resent it  See ya ingame guys.

    nice, got my email just now, getting an authentication error at log in stage in game..
