That's just one reason.  And if you really put some thought into it, people, including myself, aren't leaving because the traders are broken, they're leaving because x amount of patches later, the game economy still isn't fixed, and maybe they don't want to pay a monthly fee until the game is production-ready.  That's the bigger picture.

If you do not like instances then this is not your game, tough luck....

    And gameplay does NOT suck...

    My opinion.

That's one sad computer. That proc is five years old. How do you expect to play a cutting edge game with a five-year-old proc? (And no, just because you bought it 3 years ago does not make it any better).

Proper developers can make their game scalable.

Here let me lists the steps to my reasoning, cause I know its hard for some to decipher English sometimes:

    1. I'm not paying a sub fee yet...very good observation on your part.
    2. I cancelled BEFORE the sub payments kick in.
    3. Conclusion:  I won't pay the sub fee until I feel the game is more than beta-quality.

See, some of us won't pay for things we don't like. And all we're trying to do is warn the potential buyer before they waste their $50, like we did.

I'm not a fanboy of anything, I don't have a game that I play right now. But... Got my graphics up to 45 FPS on high with a new 9600GT. I was up on the game at 2 hours... then at 4 hours I was, umm I dunno... then at 6 hours I was really into my class, Necro,  and the combat system and thought I was hooked...

Then I started getting glitches, bugs,... this is day 4 for me... my FPS declined daily and today I was seeing 14-22 FPS after the down time, and I played on Bluesteel, one of the less crowded servers. I started crashing/lock up yesterday as well, and this morning crashed/locked up twice. I started with a clean install on a partition and haven't done anything to my PC since.

I got my Necro to 32 and stopped. The instancing was annoying, but I could deal with it if there weren't so many problems. I have read a lot of posts that discussed the unfinished aspects of the game. I think I have to agree. I canceled my sub this morning and uninstalled the game. It was 4 days for me but I am done. Maybe I just got too used to not a lot of problems playing WoW for so long. I quit that 2 months ago and am done with it as well. I guess I have nothing to play now. I'm kinda bummed, but oh well. Time to go cut the grass.

Its funny that everyone that is canceling is complaining about instances and the game having bugs.. Really who cares that theres 10 instances of 1 zone, that makes it easier to quest without fighting over mobs..

The game having bugs, this game has been out a week, alittle less then a week offically, is tthis your first mmo launch? I guess you didn't play Wow when it was first launched, cause it was horrible, along with most other mmos. AoC has been the smoothest launch and most ppl that ive talked to have agreed with that.

Stop tryin to compare a game that just got released with game like WoW that has been out for almost 4 years

Don't blame funcom if you cant meet the system requirements that are clearly printed on the side of the box.  You work in IT yet you cant grasp this small idea? wow, find a new job.

    Yeah lol!

You should be ashamed of complaing bad performance with a PC like that and working in the IT-branch.

But most embarrassing is that you have to disport yourself with some earning not so much money than you. Thats just childish!
