The US forums (in General Discussion at least) are riddled with complaints. Yet, in-game, I hear very little complaining. Let's give it a month or two before making a final verdict perhaps? DDO (which I personally thought sucked) is still in business. The forum at launch (and in beta) also had it's fair share of complaints (some of which, but not all, I saw merit to), yet they are still running and other folks still enjoy it. I can say that for damn near every MMO I've been a part of with few exceptions. One thing about customer service is that people are quick to complain and slow to praise.

I also want to point out that many of the issues being fixed and polished in the game at the moment were not present, or not discovered in closed beta.
There are umpteen different PC configurations. It is simply not possible to account for all of them with a piece of code this large. Also, players tend to do things that are unexpected (like finding exploits), so it takes a measure of time to account for, and find solutions to these things.
