Here are some tips to loosing weight safely: 1) Stay away from "white foods" since most are usually heavily processed ( Mayo, Butter, Margarine, White Bread, etc.). 2) Eat breakfast....the word breakfast itself literally means taking a break from fasting. 3) liquid calories (Beer, Soda, etc.) are harder to work off than calories from solid food. 4) Do not eat after 8:00 p.m. 5) Dinner / Supper should be your smallest meal of the day. 6) Try eating 5-6 smaller meals rather than the typical three meals. If this is not possible have your largest meal should be breakfast. 7) Exercise daily even a walk around the neighborhood will help. Also it is best to exercise in the morning. 8) I would also stay away from milk and cheese ....the dairy union is very strong in the USA, and most people do not realize that there are a lot of health hazards.
That is how I lost a lot of weight. I also jog and work out 5 days a week.
I have high protein, low carbs.
I try to eat every two hours... this will help kick your metabolism in to over drive.
This is what I've done today... just to show an example.

Hersery's Dark Chocolate - 55 calories (Chocolate for breakfast, yum!)

-=[ WORK OUT ]=-
50 side bends (each side with 40lb)

50 Around the Worlds (50 each way with 12lb medicine ball)
first don't have dinner..eat breakfast and noon meal as usual..don't have any food made of flour. it will surely help you..
Ignore this person.
Don't have dinner? I could eat 2 chickens before I go to sleep and still lose weight. Jeez.
Eat several small meals, low carbs and fats and high protein.
Get your fats from natural foods... almonds, peanut butter, extra virgin olive oil, etc. Stay away from the flour (he's right about that). And do not drink any soda... not even that diet crap.
If you crave soda, Polar makes an amazing 0 calories, 0 sodium seltzer water. I enjoy bubbles in the soda pretty much. And DO NOT DRINK ENERGY DRINKS! Those are horrible horrible horrible for you.
I actually need help gaining weight. No matter how much I eat im all skin n bones
Have you tried any type of casein protein? It's slower to digest and still packs a lot of protein. Or perhaps Mega Mass XXX from GNC. It's a weight gainer with "good" fats and high protein.
It can help you gain mass, not fat.
Nope, have not I usually just down alot of junk food and such, but ill probably give it a shot now *hope it tastes good XD*
Thanks a bunch
If you are truly serious... I have suggestions and tips.
Eating a lot of junk does nothing but increase your gloucose (sugar) and spikes your insulin. Then when that crashes you get hungry again, eat more carbs and crap food, spikes, crashes... next thing you know you're still at the same weight, but now have TYPE II diabeties.
How tall are you and how much do you weigh?
Lol yeah Im quite the picky eater tbh, I am serious though on gaining more body mass if its fairly easy to maintain, or if I really get into it.
Losing weight costs no money at all, in fact...it saves you money. All you have to do is Eat Less and Move Around More.

Yeah I'm curious about alcohol too. Of course I just found out today the hard way that a diet will make you far more vulnerable to the affects of alcohol. Rather embarrassing I can get drunk after only 4 shots of vodka. But does the occasional shot or five have a significant impact on your fitness goals?
Alcohol is a big no. Dairy is a big NO. Breads are a 50/50 (depending what you want to eat). You can still have milk and breads if you want to lose weight, but if you're serious enough about it, you can easily drop weight a lot faster.
As someone stated above about working out being the easy part, it is. There have been studies that prove that when someone writes down what they eat (compared to someone who doesn't), they will lose twice as much weight as the other person.
Here's an example of what I'm talking about;
I'm going to eat this;
Bowl of Oatmeal - 200 calories
Banana - 100 calories
Sounds good... but if you wrote this down, it would make you think twice;
2 bowls of Captain Crunch
4 cans of Moutain Dew
Half pack of chocolate donuts
half a pizza
That looks A LOT worse then what you just ate. So if you can actually spend the extra 45 seconds and write something down, it will also give you an amazing guide and help you gauge your intake and see where you got derailed.
I'm not even close to being perfect, and I do cheat myself... but as you can see on the last page, my work out makes up for the difference.
Hard work + Time = results (Just like in a MMORPG, lol)

I'm about 5" 7 and weigh about 123 pounds.
I'm the one in the blue shorts at the end of the table...I know, you can't resist a man who can eat that many hot dogs
ps. yes, I won.
Your argument is like a two legged dog with an eating disorder...weak and unbalanced.
What about alcohol, how much are you allowed to drink per week OP? Also I know beer is very fattening but what about spirits?
O_o o_O
Eat less ---> Move more
Problem solved.
Thats cool man, I'm happy for you.
I just got back into lifting and working out like I use too. I stopped for a while but feel better that I am back into it.
Built my first BMX bike so I've been spending a lot of time on that. GREAT exercise. You really feel it when you are first starting out.
Well...actually...
