    I'd say a tier is more of a bracket rather than a zone.

    Plus, there's more to do from rank 1-20 in WAR, then there is to do in AoC in levels 1-80. There's a lot to do in just the first 20 ranks and I know :D

     

    If you *have* to spend money to get something, it's not free, period :p

    Tiers have many zones within them, Tier 1 mostly PvE zones while Tier 4 has mostly PvP zones...so no, they're nowhere close to just one "zone".

    A human and an Elf get captured by Skaven. The rat-men are getting ready to shoot the first hostage with Dwarf-made guns when he yells, "Earthquake!" The naturally nervous Skaven run and hide from the imaginary threat. He escapes. The Skaven regroup and bring out the Elf. Being very smart, the Elf has figured out what to do. When the Skaven get ready to shoot, the Elf, in order to scare them, yells, "Fire!"
