Should help to catch them quicker.

Being a IP address is pointless if your are using a dynamic address and/or are spoofing your ip.

Punkbuster also bans the hardware on the machine used to hack games. My mate used to play ET:Wolfenstein alot and started getting bored which lead to hacking for fun. Got him banned and he cant play any games protected by punkbuster because they have his hardware details which blacklists him.

they will be there. I will follow my usual standpoint. If the company think more about protecting the gold sellers right to spam and harass the paying costumers, giving the gold sellers as many free trial accounts as possible to uyse for multiple toons to spam multiple servers 24/7... And pretty much do not give a flying squat about the paying costumers right to an entertaining time in a game they pay mothly to have moderated and secure...

Well, then the game company can try to get the money from the gold sellers, cause I sure as hell wont finance their spam.

If DAoC is any indicator, gold sales will be existant but unobtrusive, rarely used, and mostly pointless. As character power will be more tied to items, powers, and stats gained through PvP, account sales will be the money route for the big ops. Expect multiboxed teams of *insert power class here* running around in open PvP.

    /agree

I don't see many wasting their time with buying gold in this game. I also agree that account sales will more then likely be the big draw if anything else. As for multi-boxing goes well a well organzied war party will eat them alive in this game and crush into the ground.

Games I've played/tried out:WAR, LOTRO, Tabula Rasa, AoC, EQ1, EQ2, WoW, Vangaurd, FFXI, D&DO, Lineage 2, Saga Of Ryzom, EvE Online, DAoC, Guild Wars,Star Wars Galaxies, Hell Gate London, Auto Assault, Grando Espada ( AKA SoTNW ), Archlord, CoV/H, Star Trek Online, APB, Champions Online, FFXIV, Rift Online, GW2.

    Game(s) I Am Currently Playing:

    GW2 (+LoL and BF3)

He is right, gold isn't as big of a deal as renown and quest rewards.
