Get the thread going, are shadow warriors effective pvpers? Are sword masters?
Are healers and tanks fun, in WoW I always shy away from warriors and priests due to not wanting to only have one job in pve and pvp (boring..) DoK melee healing sounds fun,but I am going to play order, so archmage, warrior priest, and runepriest? Edit- Swordmaster, and ironbreaker?

Shadow Warriors are deadly if your a squishie like say the squig herder. Swordmastesr are deadly to almost everyone except melee dps characters. The Warrior priest is a damn beast even with a black orc, a squig herder, asquig, and a shaman on him it took us 8 mins to down one last night if they're attacking you head on they can heal ALOT.
Runepriest is by far the easier healer to kill, the archmage is a bitch but not so much so as the warrior priest. If you see a warrior priest run for your nearest tank lol
When question in RvR zone, do you encounter a lot of enemy players in 1 vs 1 fight or people are just getting zerged?
In 1v1 situations, is the rock-paper-scissor way that classes are makes it impossible for a tank to kill a healer, healer to kill a melee dps, melee dps to kill a tank?
It its possible though, is it only related to gear and level?
You just need to get there play style down, even though they have a sword they are not a mellee fighter at all. You need to stay behind the groups while you fire away with your bow dealing damage damage from a distance. If your expecting the Shadow Warrior to be the average Stealth like ranger class in many other MMO's he is not. This bow class has a very different feel to any other MMO i have played.
As far as the Sword Master goes, I honestly did not have much time to play it... BUT from what I have seen, played and heard... it seems that the Dwarf Iron Breaker is much more powerfull in the tank roll.

BOth can happen though a person would be a fool to go 1vs1 against a character class thats purposely stronger than it thanks to rock paper scissors. Most simply spot you n yell for help.
The game is balanced around team combat you can 1vs1 but you'll have a damn hard fight to kill anyone easily. I tend to stick to a group in RvR zones its safer lol.

The Chaos vs. Order RVR zone is usually a Zerg but you can come across small battles. The other two areas are more coordinated and small scale and all of them are fun in their own way.
The class balance seems to have been mostly made for groups, and isn't so rock-paper-scissors when 1 on 1. Really 1 on 1 didn't work out like I expected. It was full of surprises haha.
Is there a trader ingame to trade armor and weapons? If not is there a trade channel instead where people advertise what they're trading?
This will answer the AH question also.
At the moment the AH is not functional, but there will be one at launch. Yes people can trade items with each other but there are no trade specific channels that I know of.
Theres are a few reasons for this.
1) most the loot that drops is class specific.
2) The only loot that is worth trading are srcraps, an item that can be repaired into a piece of armor whoever holds it can wear.
I have a balance question Do any of the mirrored classes have a distinct advantage over one another? No infact its pointless to fight against your mirror if they're the same level as you it'll simply come down to latency and who's a faster spammer I would consider the white lion pwning the squig hearder the majority of the time a balance issue. I've killed whitelions rather easily they need to close in on you so i just use my quick run n shoot shots and a logn range squig...poor white lion never knew what hit him. The Chosen kicking the Iron breakers ass the majority of the time a balance issue. Hmm well a short stuntie against a big golaith? doesn't sound to unbalanced to me..all i know is ..is that i run when i see one coming at me. The Warrior priest owning the DoK a balance issue. sounds like someone didn't know how to play their DoK Have you guys seen any glaring disadvantages?
Are there PVE dungeons (group instances) for all level ranges?
I absolutely hate quests and mob grinding and loved the possibility in WOW to level up entirely in dungeons, I would just PUG the instance over and over several times then move to another up the lvl chain. Is something like this possible in WAR?
Subscribtions: EVE, SWTOR WOW, WAR, DDO, VG, AOC, COV, FFXI, GW, RFO, Aion +plenty of F2P, betas, trials
Female Dwarf player: WOW, VG, WAR, DDO . Due to the recent economic crisis and spending cuts the light at the end of the tunnel was turned off. Sincerely, God.

Well I'm asking about the mirror classes cause I would be pissed if MY mirrior had an advantage over me.
What I wouldn't be mad about was a melee Dps class Owning my face as a caster or ranged Dpser.

This may be a tough one to answer. I can only give you a situation with a Witch Hunter and Witch elf. Both have the ability to stealth. But in my opinion it seems the elf has more hitting power. I am not sure of thier ability set list. Whenever I get into a solo fight with one I debuff em and DoT them as quickly as possible and just swing away, trying to get behind her to use my positional attacks. To the point, I think it depends on who has the drop on who and skill. When I say skill there is a certain number of spells one should use for optimizing damage against thier opponent. If I see anyone With elfs my level tonight, I will engage them one on one and give you more feed back.

There are many 1vs1 or small group encouters to be had in RvR and senario PvP, but for the most part this is a Realm vs Realm game and not a you vs me kind of game.
I think you will be surprised to find out that many of the classes in war are nothing like other MMO's.
For example, I have two very close friend I play with a lot, one of them plays a Shaman and the other plays a Warrior Priest, most of the time in RvR they come out with some of the highest kill counts. they can kill all kinds of classes.
BUT, with that said I think that the class as pretty much well balanced and no mater what class I play do i feel like I am WAY under powered VS any other class... you just have to adjust your play stlye to the fight.
Level and Gear do not make a huge differance in this game (at lest what I saw of it)... for example I have jumped into a PvP senario at level 1 and come out with over 30 kills at the end... and this is with fighting players as high as levle 11 and with Renown gear.
Now that is not saying that you wil not notice a differance with gear.. gear does make you better... BUT I find that skill is a major factor in PvP and it will win out of gear 90% of the time.

I havent seen anyone in teirs 1 and 2, but there will be instances in at release. Some of them hidden. All of them can be done with a normal group of 5 and 6.

I too HATE PvE grinding and try to stay away from it 100% of the time.... BUT the good news here is the Public quest systems and the regular quest system in this game is awsome. I am addicted to public quests, you will have to see how they work in game before you will understand but it does not feel like grinding at all.
I know Warhammer is PvP based game but i have one question. If there is enouth instances where u can kill bosses and so on with party/raid? Plz answer that question because i need to know.
I have a question about Warrior/Priests. As I keep hearing, they sounds pretty beastly in RvR? Are they big healers though? I'm honestly not into the whole responsibility in having to heal everyone? Is that how they are or are they good dps that can heal when neeed type character?
The classes are definately built around the rock/paper/scissors mechanic. It's just not as apparent in the thick of battles.
Runepriests/zealots are the easiest to kill of the healer types, but their heals are also more effective as well as their buffs. Warriors Priests rely on their melee to power their healing, while archmages can boost their healing by doing range damage. Your playstyle will determine which is best for you, as they can all be a pain in the neck if they're healing, but will fall pretty quickly to a melee dps.
The ranged DPS (Shadow Elf, Squig Herder, Engineer, Sorcerer, Bright Mage) are quite effective, with Bright Mage and Sorcerer just dominating with their AE's and such. The engineer can be devastating depending on what layout he goes, as I've seen those damn grenades do a hell of a lot of damage. Squig herder is a bitch in the sense that his pet doesn't die with the master, so you have two things to worry about, rather than just one. They are most effective against tanks/melee dps as they can move around while attacking, with snares and such.
The melee DPS classes (Witchhunter, Witch, White Lion, Marauder) are fast and do a shit ton of damage in a short period of time. They are most effective against the healers/ranged dps as they can close the distance quickly. The witch is deceptively powerful, as she appears weak and can go down quick, but if she gets close, she can kill you pretty damn fast.
Then you have the tanks (Ironbreaker, Swordmaster, Chosen, Black Orc) who are just beasts to take down. People say their DPS isn't up there, and it's true, but it all adds up when they can just take the beating and stay in the thick of things, especially if they have a healer to back them up.
Thanks Twhint for the class info. That was all great information that i learned a lot from. One other question though. Would you think a ironbreaker would be a better tank than a swordmaster?

great idea, I will be happy in trying to answer as well
