If you had already created an account yesterday and have a validation email then you will still be able to follow the link from that email after 16:00 today to validate your account, if you do not have an email then you should create a new account as described above.
tbh i have a funny feeling that this OB failure is going to continue until sometime tuesday or even wednesday.....just a feeling....hopefully im wrong.....

still account process not online...dont they realise if they give a time period and it expires , then give another then another people .will just get more pissed at them ...EA Mythic Need to sort out GOA today.as this will blaintly show what a cluster fux company theyv choosen to rely on in Europe ...

Apparently this was one of the tiny "miscommunication" errors that cropped up.
The German CM (who is an absolute star in all this and I am going to have to start learning German again, as he was and still is doing a fantastic job) was told that if you had an account and applied for beta you could just use those accounts for open beta.
The English CM's were told opposite and this is where the new accounts for everybody who wasn't in closed beta came in.
In fact the german CM was right and if we have an existing non beta account we can use that to enter the open beta key.
I just want to say again the German CM was an absolute star in all this, he was giving out regular information and keeping ppl updated, and even his posts were getting translated for the English speakers.
So if you can get into your old account do so, if you can't you'll have to make a new one as I have no idea when the password retrival system will be coming back on, if ever.
According to my watch and pc it is now 16;19 CET and still nothing? This is rather frustrating to say the least! I hope they get their act together because these first impressions are not impressive! At least give us an update to say that it is not going to be anytime soon, rather then do nothing...
HAHA! i just tried my link in my email and it came up with the dreaded skull saying "Your account is susspended, your access has been blocked (code 711). /fail
Yup, i made two accounts yesterday to see if would work acctually work, i got 2 emails back 1 for each, both links in them take me straight to the homepage and in my broser bar i get this "http://www.war-europe.com/?error=7x11"; haha!

I got in and put in my code, but only get a Error 1226 messege. =/
