www.cnn.com/2008/POLITICS/10/25/palin.tension/index.htm

ALBUQUERQUE, New Mexico (CNN) -- With 10 days until Election Day, long-brewing tensions between GOP vice presidential candidate Gov. Sarah Palin and key aides to Sen. John McCain have become so intense, they are spilling out in public, sources say.

Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin speaks at a rally in Sioux City, Iowa, on Saturday.

Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin speaks at a rally in Sioux City, Iowa, on Saturday.

Several McCain advisers have suggested to CNN that they have become increasingly frustrated with what one aide described as Palin "going rogue."

A Palin associate, however, said the candidate is simply trying to "bust free" of what she believes was a damaging and mismanaged roll-out.

McCain sources say Palin has gone off-message several times, and they privately wonder whether the incidents were deliberate. They cited an instance in which she labeled robocalls -- recorded messages often used to attack a candidate's opponent -- "irritating" even as the campaign defended their use. Also, they pointed to her telling reporters she disagreed with the campaign's decision to pull out of Michigan. Video Watch why the campaign is fighting »

A second McCain source says she appears to be looking out for herself more than the McCain campaign.

"She is a diva. She takes no advice from anyone," said this McCain adviser. "She does not have any relationships of trust with any of us, her family or anyone else.

"Also, she is playing for her own future and sees herself as the next leader of the party. Remember: Divas trust only unto themselves, as they see themselves as the beginning and end of all wisdom."

A Palin associate defended her, saying that she is "not good at process questions" and that her comments on Michigan and the robocalls were answers to process questions.  ENDQUOTE

She knows that the party is over and is shooting for 2012 -  Look for a Palin/Hasselbeck  ticket ( Liz will be 36 by then)

She just represents the terribleness of American politics:

    • Caustic
    • Sarcastic
    • Negative
    • Superstitious
    • Not very bright

It still shocks me, what a fascinating and terrible choice, for Vice President of the United States of America.

Far better than the choice Democrats made for the President of the United States of America.

    She is:

    less caustic than Obama

    less sarcastic than Obama

    less negative than Obama

I see no evidence eof superstition either way, but I would prefer a Pentacostal Christian than a racist liberation theology Christian

at least as smart as Obama

She talks of being a maverick, well, there you go.

    And that is why...

Conservatives' pessimism is conducive to their happiness in three ways. First, they are rarely surprised -- they are right more often than not about the course of events. Second, when they are wrong they are happy to be so. Third, because pessimistic conservatives put not their faith in princes -- government -- they accept that happiness is a function of fending for oneself. They believe that happiness is an activity -- it is inseparable from the pursuit of happiness.

Sarcastic- was joe biden being sarcastic with the 'depression' blunder?
Negative- and postive. she points out whats great about this nation and its people.
Superstitious- where is obamas thesis? under lock and KEY.

Sheep ?  I doubt it , George Bush is not my Shepard. Do you really think that the Republicains would win the White house after Bush.  I Have to say , I like McCain and if he had his way with George Lieberman being his running mate then it could of happened.  But McCain punished his party when he selected Palin.

( Democrats laughed on that annoucement and thanks to Tina Fey everyone else is laughing at her now)

She is a self proclaimed Pitbull with lipstick and I would love to see her host a talk show, I would tune in the same way I  tune in to that drug addict, Rush Pinball. Just to reaffirm my believes and laugh at their trash they spew.

I am turned on by her smoking hot bod but I would need a muzzle so I would not have to hear the stupid fargo accent.

The only beating I want see is her and McCain next Tuesday,

Me a Bigot ?  I am going to vote for a Black president and if our primary went the other way I would have voted for a white women. -

SO Please - blow it out yours.

Come on, call us sheeple.  I know you want to.  I can feel the word itching in your fingertips.
    she is a great speaker.
As long as she doesn't have to talk.

Don't think that's what's turning you on.  It's called puberty.  You'll get used to it.
but continue with your beating of a woman.
Hell, why do we have to beat her?  McCain/Palin is beaten.  They're dead and gone.
    you must be bigots, right?
    Yup.  I'm bigoted against idiots.

Apparently McCain is a drag on the ticket. When the nation learned her name, post-convention, she had a nice lead in the polls. McCain stymied her momentum. I think McCain may have exhausted his usefulness. Sarah Barracuda has no time to babysit a washed up ex-maverick. All she needs is someone to introduce her, point her toward the national stage, and turn her loose. She is plenty capable of driving the campaign to it's end.

Actually I think a good possibility will be an election cycle of Clinton vs Palin and have the first female president.  This 4 year term is unlikely to be re-electable, for either candidate.  I would say the key point would be to observe what Senator Clinton does in the two years leading the 2012 elections.  If Senator Obama wins, then come 2010, or so, see if Clinton begins attacking his administration.  If Senator Obama does not win, then I think it is a sure bet she'll make another run.

Don't be terrorized! You're more likely to die of a car accident, drowning, fire, or murder! More people die every year from prescription drugs than terrorism LOL!

I disagree with the "diva" comments in that article. Sarah is just a Non-Ass-Kisser. She should be allowed to deviate from the scripted answers because they sound like repetitive crap after hearing the same words spoken for weeks now. Honestly, the GOP has the worst writers and coaches:(

As a Conservative, I wasn't going to even vote for McCain until they added Sarah to the ticket. I was going to do a write-in vote for Denny Crane LOL! Heck, I'm in NY so my vote doesn't matter a whit anyways:)

Yet only a station amongst the liberal stations that enjoy hammering against Republicans more than 60%+ of the time are the only ones seeming to driving this story.  I've haven't seen these people come out into the public spotlight and on television to come verify this.

I'm calling this bogus until the regime media can be set aside for an attempt at what's really going on.

What I have seen is McCain saying it was okay for them to disagree with each other and that they both have the same values/stand for things in the end be all.

I watched both Lou Dobbs and Bill O'Reilly.

I watched both the Democratic Convention and Republican.

    Thanks for playing though.

You're looking at a former Democrat though.  Up until the 2000's when the leftits took over and decided to oppose, oppose, oppose, play the actor award for votes, dangerous actions like not voting for troop's body armor, and change their word as the polls shifted.

I'm for the Republic now and drift between there and idependence.  Mostly for the Republic now though I'd say.

Edit:  I still challenge someone to provide a station other than Fox that equals positive and negative coverage of Republicans which you tinfoil hats call the righ channel.  CNN is defnitely not that station.
