I made sure to use a French proxy, since the game was released in France first (I think), it worked like a charm, don't need a proxy to play, just to make account, at least in Bosnia you don't.

PS. I forgot the address of the proxy, and im not sure if I would be allowed to post it, but just do a google search.

Apparently it has something to do with the browsers I'm trying to use. Both Firefox AND IEv7 are not loading the security image when I go to make an account.

This happens EVERY single time, however all other images on the page load. Any idea whats going on here? Have they started blocking proxies or what?

I played the f2p client.  You can only get to level 7 after that you cant gain any xp or loot, so I upgraded my account and am now paying 13€ per month for playing, did not buy any box.

Try turning off your firewall. Sounds like that is your issue. Just to let you know, windows standerd firewall always runs even when you turn it off in Security options. You will have to look up how to turn it off manually, as when you uncheck the box in the Security options, it still runs in passive mode.

The heck are you talking about? Windows firewall would NOT block a security "image" that is required for the EU registration page. Also, I already have windows firewall off AND disabled in background processes, the security center doesn't even run anymore.

Anyone who might actually know whats up with my browser trying to register an account for EU TCOS?
