If you like the idea of Darkfall...you'll LOVE my game!

in Darkfall

I've been developing my game (by myself and with no funds) for almost 30 years now!  It has taken me so long because I didn't buy licenses for others' software and did all the work myself since I was on limited budget.  I can't afford to spend money on advertisements, which is good, because I don't want too many people finding out about it in case my bandwidth can't handle it.  I have personally invited masses of beta testers to test it out (flawless so far) and the reason there have been no leaks is because my game is absolutely perfect!  So perfect that the testers had to quit their jobs and leave their families in order to find time to test it!  This is why they haven't had time to leak any information!!!

 

Here's the aspect that makes my game better than Darkfall...I didn't even spend time/resources on a website for it!  I used the time/resources in making the game so therefore it is vastly superior to Darkfall!!!  Hell, I didn't even spend time and money on naming it because I thought that time and money would be put to better use actually making the game!

 

Anyway, I've wasted enough of my time that could be put to use finishing off the game with this post...Therefore, you can expect it to be released by January 18 unless my "already capable of being released" game isn't finished yet.

    Oh, and one more point...

     

    I decided not to show gameply to sites such as mmorpg.com in order to prove it exists b/c  it would take time/money away from finishing the game...

    But damn is it funny nonetheless...

    Because as much as I want this game to release, it certainly sounds like that -- Tasos' grandstanding notwithstanding.

    I was in the Beta  it should retail for about 69.99 US, AWESOME game mate, thanks for the Great opportunity as well.... LOL but there is one small problem YOU OWE me a WIFE  because she left me after i Quit my JOB ...WAAAAAAA <p> INSERT BIG TEARS HERE</p>  LMAO..... Oh and the Kids ran away to so that leaves me alone and NO game to play because your AWESOME game is in Development . /SIGH now what ahhhhh?...... lol

    After I read it I was thinking that's pretty clever I'm sure half the post now are going to be "Proove it! Darkfall is nothing like that!" I am really impressed :D I enjoyed your post quiet a lot.

    Started work on this 30 years ago?  What systems is it going to be released for?  Atari 2600?  Apple II?  Will you someday port it to Colecovision?  It can't be for PCs, since what we normally think of as the (IBM-compatible) PC wouldn't exist for several years.

    I heard it's only going to be available on 1950 cathode-ray tube TVs and expensive guitar amps.

    Why dont you do some research before you post dumbass comments like this. All it takes is a couple of quick searchs and you can see the even though the game has been in production for 30 years, he had to completely rebuid it from the ground up almost 10 years ago now. This game is going to pwn all others currently on the market , I cant say too much because I would be breaking the NDA .

    You Sir have exemplified the enigma that is Darkfall to a "T"

    And all the other posters chiming in just like the myriad of other ridiculous DF posts is classic!

    But knowing how things usually work around here this will most likely be killed...

    I can run this game at 2560604576346x365235234 resolution on my pocket calculator and still get 3000fps...and the full loot system is awesome, if I kill you I take your wife, kids, car and your earnings for the next 10 years!!
