The game hasnt really changed since launch, what youll see now is the same that you saw before, so youll leave for the same reason you left when you subscribed the first time, and you know that that is a good reason, i dont have to give you one. So now you have a choice, do you waste your time in a experience that you already know, or youll wast it on something new.
If the game is the same now, as it was at launch, then it must have been quite good and polished at launch because I just bought AoC a few days ago and am having no problems and a great time with it to be honest.

In all honesty, it's only $15. That's barely 3 lunches for me. I recommend that you try resubbing again so you can determine whether or not you want to play it. I tried resubbing and I was frustrated at how weak Herald of Xotli had become, and how OVERPOWERED Necromancers and Tempest of Set STILL WERE!
There are a lot less bugs and things run more smooth now. The problem with Age of Conan resides in PvP imbalance and endgame content.
Sorry, but the game *should* be balanced around 1v1 fights. That's how the hell a majority of the PvP is fought. Let's get serious here.
I am so tired of seeing Tempest of Sets running around hitting 4.7k lightning crits while being near-inpenetrable by melee combos.
Imo I think it's a complete waste, if you were bored with the game once, not much is going to change, it will just be a polished turd instead of a turd.

If the game was worth subscribing to you would be getting a free retrial or win-back. Funcom doesn't even have confidence in their own game, yet. So why should you? Plus, don't believe the hype the game is pretty much just as it was, less a few zones and fewer memory leak errors is all that was missing in your mind.

I have resub'd all the MMOs I have played in the past, most of the time they get 1 month out of me and then I had done. So far I am intending to do more than a month with AoC.
About an hour ago I started my 10-day Return to Warhammer trial and after an hour I could tell that I will probably not go beyond the 10 days.
Another fact about AoC for me is that it is one of the few MMOs that I like playing almost all the classes.

DX10 as an API is amazing compared to dx9, it's just what the developer is willing to do with. I've played AoC on the test live server and I'll admit I wasn't that impressed with DX10 but hopefully it'll be more impressive at launch.

oh thats very easy, i can give many reasons, actually i learned a lot of tricks from guys over here : -because Funcom's CFO resigned and Head dev over this game's performance o_O 0_o - because AoC used to have bugs while the company took forever to fix them and was deceptive -because i dont play AoC, probably do to one of the myriad of reasons, are a lot of X AoC players. -because WoW has more subs than AoC, So do 17 or so other MMOs, even free to play ones, -because there is no free trial, If Funcom doesn't believe in their game, as stated, why should you? -because i got disconnected 5 months ago, what? -because i got owned at PvP in AoC, while im used to own little kids in WeW. AoC's PvP is a pretty big joke. -because i used to work for Funcom, screwd AoC at launch and got fired. Gaute Godager posts here?

- because of poor class balance that has remained stable and unchanged since release aside from necros which was the only focus for 3 mos. Hurray for half the server, literaly, playing a ToS on the PvP servers.
- because of a lame PvP, PvP system - 5 levels of blah, and penalties and silly stuff like guards all over.
- because the hard cores, big guilds, leaders, PvP focused players, etc for the most part left so is what remains really worth playing with? Mostly, extreme casuals and cronic alt O' holics.
- because of a lack of profit this game will probably slow down on content generation quickly
- because this game still has a dire lack of content
- because tradeskills are meh
- because raiding is meh and generic
- because there is only 1 group instance @ level cap worth doing, it is alright but why play 80 lvls to do 1 instance.
- because global chat is usually sophmoric
- because this game has no focus and doesn't do anything well aside from graphics
- because it is unpopular to say I'm an AoC player in any other MMO community ;p
- because Funcom rushed to do AoC's X pac before fixing the game
