so published by AV in both EU and US Darkfall is the intellectual property of AV AV handles all developement Servers are either rented or bought by AV (doesnt matter as that AV owns the data rights) So why the transfer fee again?
Well due to the fact that Aventurine is self publishing the game in NA. I will not be purchasing it. The game might be awesome, how ever the company behind it is not. They are blatant liers and I for one will not support such a company.

For those that are waiting for the transfers. I'm sorry but I feel your being screwed over . Having to pay a fee, not being able to take anything with you that you worked hard for, and what other restrictions they will be throwing your way.
As for some of the fans All I will say is learn to debate in a logical fashion. You mostly talk crap with no meaning and try to change the topic of the threads. You know who you are,so I won't say names. There are a few who had good, intelligent thoughts and could debate a subject and I will miss that.
I won't be back to these forums. No need to. The game will die in a very short time. Not due to a bad game but the bad company behind it.

The way I see it if they actually was telling the truth on the publisher then I had hope they were starting to change their ways, and that I would support. I guess I was hoping they would be more like MO's devs and keeping the fans updated with truthful information.

I'm not sure it matters who the NA publisher really is. The game is still owned by the developers and that is all that matters. For all we know it is a private investor. (which is my guess) They most likely want to stay private too and the creators of Darkfall are respecting that wish. If it was any other was we'd see some company logo posted all over and would know who it is already.
