Sarr you just come off like a fanboi. Do yourself a favor and don't kneejerk respond to every post that may be neg towards DDO. They deserve it. They are getting peoples bad reactions, cause they did orhell, didn't do alot in the first place to cause it.
Its a good game, hopefully it does well, but currently it hasn't been run very well.

Other than that, from your post I read that I can't say they've improved (at least in beta), becasue they were worse in the past! How logical is that? Past doesn't matter for new players. If Turbine really cared about DDO they would reassign or fire Kate and Fernando for failure to do their job well. You can argue or debate with fanboys all you want, but in the end they almost always end up turning when they realize they are blindly loyal to a company and people who do not care who they are.
